On time flight.

Even charging for water is extreme. Boarding snafu as we already were security checked and passport checked waiting for our flight, the change in gate made us change terminal and redo all.

I didn't like that my 22 year old granddaughter was separated from my other granddaughtner and me while we were going or water and food. When we returned, we were told that this was an extra security check required by the US gov. and that she would be returned before boarding. That was my grandstanding at least . What happened was that she was not returned and no further communicated with my other granddaughter and me by the time the plane was being hoarded. It doesn't require a vivid imagination to think of fake BAW employees and human trafficking tp understand why I was terrified by the disappearance without return of my green eyed ,lovely young granddaughter.

First this flight wasn't operated nor flown byfinnair. We were delayed leaving Berlin, which made us delayed getting to London, they rescheduled us, delayed leaving London (we paid for direct route to Dallas, we were rerouted to Chicago), delayed getting into Chicago, missed flight to Dallas, had to stay in chicago overnight, delayed leaving Chicago, arrived in Dallas 23 hours after supposed to be home.

That it wasn't even Finnair but that's how it was sold to us, that we paid for direct route, but we weee sent to another city and had more legs on flight.

Leg room/space BA offers is calculated for short and small body frame passengers and it is on not acceptable. It feels like cattle Wagon. BA should show consideration for real passengers not some sort of statistical average. I am 6'4" and sitting in your plane's cabin inflicts hours of body pain. The space given is sufficient for children and teenagers. Also sitting in the hot cabin for extended amount of time is extremely uncomfortable. Why there is no cooling and proper air ventilation right from the beginning?

We missed this flight, so there was really nothing to like. However, the lady at the Swiss help desk was extremely kind and helpful in finding us an alternate flight.

When I booked the itinerary clearly stated that this would be a Swiss Air flight. We were confused when they did not give us our boarding passing for our connecting flight at our original departure desk, and were told we would receive the boarding passes at the gate in Zurich. I never received any notice about his being a Eurowings flight or instructions to check in online. Our incoming flight to Zurich was delayed at least a half hour and it took us a while to get to the gate for our connecting flight. When we arrived, the gate had just been closed and we were told we were not even on the ledger. We were told we would have needed to get our boarding passes at the Swiss Sor desk and required prior check in to be on the passenger list. We were also very confused about the fact that this was a eurowings fight even though our booking indicated Swiss. This has never happened to us before. We would have needed additional instructions for prior check in, and had we been on the passenger list perhaps the plane would have waited for us.

The crew always had a smile on their faces and the entertainment was also quite nice.

I felt packed in line a sardine. For an 8 hour flight it was inhumane. The air conditioning wasn't working in my seat which added greatly to the discomfort.

Eurowings employees overall were friendly, helpful and polite. Language was not much of a barrier. Seats were fairly comfortable for their size. Boarding was smooth and efficient. Information given in-flight was nice. I loved the electronic flight path information available on the entertainment console. We did not purchase the entertainment, but it looked like selections were adequate.

Food menu was not accurate. Items listed not available. Food prices were too high. $15 Euro for a reheated fish dinner and small beverage is ridiculous. Carry on bags were weighed. Very difficult to meet carryon weight when carrying necessary electronics and chargers along with prescriptions and the recommended change of clothes. Made the trip stressful. I am used to meeting carryon SIZE requirements but the weight requirement was extremely irritating and unexpected. I would not have been able to do a one bag carryon of my clothing with the weight restrictions. It essentially forces a passenger to check their bag ($65 minimum).

EW lost my suitcase in transit in Duesseldorf. Suitcase arrived in Berlin on next flight but then didn't get delivered until 24+ hours later. Hard to reach both EW and delivery service. Due to the delay and further travel plans the next day, I had to buy new clothes in Berlin to have something to wear.

The wheelchair assistance was very bad as no one turned up with a wheelchair. The airways really need to improve their service and make sure that whey they offering wheelchair assistance they in fact do it. This has happened serveral times that no one turned up at the London airport.

The food on the flight was good.

The wheelchair assistance was very bad as no one turned up with a wheelchair. The airways really need to improve their service and make sure that whey they offering wheelchair assistance they in fact do it. This has happened serveral times that no one turned up at the London airport.

I liked the fact that the customer service on board was pretty spectacular & very clean bathrooms.

It was extremely warm throughout the flight and the seats weren’t too comfortable.
