No weather problems, and the plane pushed back ontime... then we sat at a remote spot on the tarmac so they could unload and reload the cargo compartments S-L-O-W-L-Y. Poor planning, pointless and unnecessary. Resulted in a 3-hour departure delay on a flight that was only supposed to be 5 hours. Which in turn meant we landed right in the middle of rush hour and the trip from airport to hotel was twice as long as necessary.
Flight was delayed since the airline has so few planes so maintenance is done on the fly. Customer service is not super helpful and is mostly there to get you to pay for extra "upgrades". Even if it does work out cheaper than a mainstream airline the experience is extremely poor since you pay at every turn.
