The ladies at the gate were able to provide us with the best updates and tried their best to keep everyone calm and answer as many questions as possible and were constantly checking for updates. They also provided water and chips for us where no one else was trying t do anything at all.
The flight was delayed several hours due to mechanical issues in the cockpit. Why they would think we would want to fly on that plane after the pilot refused the "fix" and left because he and his crew "timed out" because we waited so long. Flight was scheduled to depart at 8:26pm, we didn't depart until well after 1am. I got home at 6am! The ladies at the gate were awesome, however the "supervisor, Armondo Gonzalez Figueroa, only came to restate what had already been said by the gate agents, did not have ANY answers, did not offer any solutions, barely answered any questions, and stopped the gate agents from removing blankets of the plane to provide to the many many passengers who were waiting there freezing. The compensation offered was a joke. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!
TV didn't work
The staff is friendlier than most airlines. More room than American.
Screaming child entire flight. Not sure there is a solution. But, for a redeye, trying to get sleep before a days work, not great.
Once again the system for my seat did not work. Fortunately, the middle seat was empty and I wa able to watch that screen.
Entertainment System did not work at my seat. WiFi signal was not strong enough for me to watch any videos on my device.
The departure and arrival times were accurate. Actually we arrived about 15 minutes early.
There was only one individual checking people boarding. Two individuals at the boarding gate would have been even more efficient.

You see there was a terrible storm that closed the EIS Beef Island Airport. But because I booked through ya'll I was totally screwed. The individual Airlines are not permitted to rebook my ticket because you are a third party carrier. and You would not rebook because the airline could not change the flight status on the first plane from Mayaguez to San Juan - that flight was not cancelled due to the closure but because I would be stuck in San Juan for possibly 2 days with no money and no where to sleep, well you get the point. So InterCaribbean and Cape Air came to the rescue and after a 4-5 hour ordeal and having to travel to Mayaguez airport I am now rebooked.
Y'all and will never ever ever book through a third party again.
