The food served is awesome and sufficient. The flights are comfortable and the crew are friendly. My luggage came right on time and was properly handled

Crew didn't reach middle of plane with Food & Beverage. Lots of fussy/serving of premium passengers but economy not really looked after. Was bashed into 3 times by same member of crew walking up aisle and not once apologised.
I feel like the overall product is so devalued at BA these days. It just doesn't feel classy anymore. As opposed to Lufthansa, which is an example of a European carrier that cares about passenger comfort and experience. Also the typical circling of LHR to get a slot is annoying and makes me want to avoid BA.

I requested a special meal but was not given what I wanted. But overall decent food

Snacks and candy served we're of low quality. No prayer facilities inside the plane. They didn't allow me to pray though I got some empty spot to do so. They brought the issue of safety. While fasten seat belt sign was on I found people standing, walking, using toilet etc but air Crew did never brought up the issue of safety.
The cabin crew, the cabin crew, the cabin crew. Enough said. They are thoroughly trained and exhibited unparalleled professionalism
Ground/baggage handling in ATL. Bags took 40-50 minutes to show up on carousel. The ground staff at ATL dropped the ball when everything else was going so smoothly
