Cons: "We almost missed the flight sitting right in front of the gate. No announcements could be heard in the gate area and when we asked, they said they were already removing our luggage, Very odd. Food was terrible! Choices were pasta and cold chicken salad. I had the pasta, which was bland ravioli in two bland sauces. I was surprised, because I had experienced better food on recent international flights."

Pros: "I like the snacks they are not giving out on the flights. It seems that Delta is trying to make the flying experience nicer instead of more tedious and uncomfortable like many other airlines, which is appreciated."
Cons: "The flights were both operated by Delta but booked through WestJet, and the flights themselves were fine. The booking was through WestJet (found the flight on kayak which kicked me over to West Jet's site) and check in was a pain. Their code did not work for their site or Delta's, I had to FB message them both leaving and returning to ask for the correct one, and the first request took them hours to answer. I'll just book Delta next time and save myself the trouble."

Cons: "I was seated in first class, and due to some catering mix-up, no meal was served. I was given a banana and crackers which was very disappointing since I hadn't eaten in 8 hours and was starving. No on board entertainment whatsoever."

Cons: "We initially were put on a plane with defective air conditioning.... it took 90 minutes to finally decide to put us on another plane. The older planes have hardly any room under the seat in the isle seats."

Cons: "Double booked my seat. Lost my bag."

Cons: "The quality of customer service and efficiency was lacking at the check in counter. Wrong information was given to many passengers as far as checking in baggage and being sent to several line ques for the agent to tell me in the end that I was told the information incorrectly since the beginning. I therefore was unable to board my flight on time, got switched to a new flight and the new flight was delayed for 3.5 hours."

Cons: "Agents at the ticketing countet were the rudest i have ever encountered in my years of flying. Had a problem and when i asked for their assistance was given the Delta 800 number and told to call and they walked off. When i called it was a 2 hour wait for an agent. Thank goodness for their app as i was able to.change my flight with the My Delta app. Also they had overbooked the flight and rather than giving assurance to people just told us to wait and "line up orderly"."

Pros: "Crew was great, flight was on-time and most often overlooked (but most important) we got there safely."
Cons: "The seat on this 737-800 was uncomfortably narrow. This was likely due to the table-tray being in the seat armrest. I had to remove everything from my side pants pockets and even then was not particularly comfortable. This is particularly annoying because I usually avoid this by flying comfort plus. However, on this itinerary, Delta would not allow me to give them money for Comfort plus, because it was a domestic leg on an itinerary including stops in Asia. Such a baffling policy!?!?"

Pros: "They did give us the Dane snacks the first class passengers got."
Cons: "Zero additional leg room in this supposed comfort seat. The seat was very narrow and there was absolutely no additional leg room on the flight. I'm tall, so that's what I pay for when I book these flights and none was provided."
