Once on board they then had to fuel the plane and get it ready for flight that was another twenty minutes Finally in the air about 1045 Frustrating. I don’t know why we boarded with plane not ready to fly"

Cons: "Flight left the gate early and took off two hours late. Arrived Atlanta 100 minutes late. Why? 7000 pounds overweight. EZE departure switched runways as we left gate, requiring removal of cargo containers, not once, but twice. In summary, DL bet wrong on runway and wind component, at the expense of on time arrival and thus connections."

The crew so friendly and very hard working constantly there to please the passengers also having Free movies made the 5 and a 1/2 hour flight go very quickly. I fly across country frequently I will always fly Delta."

Cons: "Delta could do a little more to align people behind the right zone pillars when lining up for boarding. Passengers especially those not used to flying or flying with Delta are always confused. Maybe some stripping on the floor could help or pillars at the front and midway back."

Pros: "The new delta seats are super uncomfortable and zero legroom. When you put the seat back back the butt part goes forward and your knees are crunched in front of you. The cushion also angles down its horrible. They gave a couple rows extra room and now charge more for them while crunching every other seat together."

The attendants were nice as always... they weren't stingy with the small free snack that is included with the flight. (Small bag of peanuts or pretzels) that I liked. Usually feel like it is an inconvenience to ask for more than one.... but they offered 2! I was very happy to hear that!!"
