Cons: "The seats in economy are just so tight that sleep on this short overnight flight was almost impossible. The lack of more recline (as in the recarro sears used on the LH/LX products) and short pitch make it hard to either work or sleep. The small plane size makes this sardine feeling worse and slows service to the rear of be craft."

Pros: "Not happy. Can't afford such high fees to reschedule flight to see my 82 yo parents. I would have to fly first class to have room for my broken leg now. Doctor won't approve flight since this just happened 3/28/17. But, I can't pay so much more to fly home after surgery....near the holidays. Just makes me sad. I had insurance on 1 flight so i hope i can get 1/2 of my ticket price back. Yup, I messed up the insurance on the 2nd flight. My bad. So I'm out for 1 ticket, and a broken leg and torn ACL and I didn't see my folks. Can you do anything to help me, United? Please? Thanks. Pretty tough week."
Cons: "Will be disappointed if you don't try to help."
Cons: "It was not a good experience at all. Honestly, I wanted my money back. I sent United this letter, but no one is gotten back to me yet. Hello, my name is David Larkins. I have had literally the worst airline experience of my life today with United airlines. With confirmation number BS2EL9, my flight was set to go from Atlanta to Burbank, with a connection in San Francisco. The flight from Atlanta was delayed about 10 minutes, however, they assured us that we would arrive in San Francisco at the correct time of 9:39 AM with enough time to get to our connecting flights. They lied. Whereas we did arrive in San Francisco at around 9:39 AM, the plane taxied for approximately 15 or more minutes before letting anyone off of the plane. Still, I ran to my connecting flight before it left the runway at 10:10am. However, I was not permitted to step onto the plane by the fellow at the gate at the time. He told me that because boarding time was over at 9:55a, he would not let me step on the plane even though it was still on the runway. I was upset. I went to customer service and explained my situation to them. Speaking with a girl named Krystin S., I explained that I really needed to get to Burbank on time, before 2 o'clock. Today, I had a final for school, a meeting, and interview with a job, and I had to drop my dog off at the vet for an appointment which costed around $150. Krystin told me that there was nothing she could do, and offered me only a meal voucher. I was offended, and declined the voucher. I then spoke to customer service and they told me there was nothing they could do after informing me that the flight that they switched my flight to was delayed yet another hour and I would not arrive until 350pm. This is absolutely unacceptable, and I need a remedy. Far larger than a simple meal voucher. I have lost more money by missing my flight to Burbank because of the Atlanta airport lying to me then the flight was even worth. Also, I requested to speak to someone, but the representative on the phone said they didn't have a phone number to speak to anyone which adds to the cumbersome nature of this issue. Please contact me back, as soon as possible. I'm very upset at the situation. David Larkins"
Pros: "I never made it on the flight. It was delayed serval hours and eventually cancelled. I few American to Chicago."
Cons: "This was one of the worst travel experience I have ever had. My flight to Denver was delayed over an hour causing me to miss my connection and I had a 3.5 hour layover. My flight leaving San Diego was delayed serval hours. Eventually was cancelled. I should have been home by 6pm didn't get home till 11pm. Both flights delayed due to issues with the planes."
Pros: "Enjoyed the free movies"
Pros: "I need some substance $400 for a flight And you offered me No water or snack"
Pros: "Polite flight attendants"
Cons: "Had to wait 40 minutes for a gate"
Pros: "Nothing it didn't happen."
Cons: "The flight was cancelled and I was not helped with a hotel or car so now I am stuck for two more days until I can get home"

Pros: "Free movies and wifi"
Cons: "On time arrived early"

Pros: "The wait wasn't bad for boarding"
Cons: "Being stuck in the 4th boarding section"
Pros: "Old aircraft, but it had the old more comfortable seats. Flight attendant was very nice."
Cons: "My 1.5 hr round trip ticket was $1000. No wifi. Snack mix was a mixture of pretzels and dried garbage. Stick with just pretzels United."
Pros: "It was on time"
Cons: "We got moved from United to American Airlines because United overbooked out first flight. We finally landed in SLC 8 hours later than we were supposed to only to be told that they had left out luggage in Chicago. It is now a week later and I still don't have my luggage! This has been the worst travel experience I have ever had!"
Cons: "Little more time between flights would be nice"
Cons: "This flight didn't happen."

Pros: "Your staff."
Cons: "The delays."
Pros: "united customer service quickly booked new flight for second leg as I was not going to make it in time"
Cons: "I did not like waking up super early in the morning only to sit at airport for 3 hours because an escape hatch leaked and got the radios wet. only to have the nearest tech over an hour away. and for him to not be able to do anything but let it dry out. Then the flight attendants did not even do a beverage service."
Cons: "The plane never cooled to below 80 degrees"
Cons: "Online check in was ambiguous and I wasnt sure if I as checked in or not. The gate did not have scanners for the boarding passes on the united mobile app."
Pros: "The flight to OHare was fine. No problems whatever. There was no entertainment. The juice was ok."
Cons: "The snack I could not eat for dietary restrictions."
Cons: "Flight was delayed over and over again"
Cons: "the stuffs were mean and helpless, your luggage fee was so high ,only give one checked bag for free, this is international airline and you charged the first for 100 dollars and the second one for 200dollars and you let me,a poor little girl felt lonely in the airport and found it nowhere to complain,I missed two flights in one day and the air attendant 's attitude were bad, this was the worst experience ever in my life,I won't recommend United airlines to any of my friends"
Cons: "Never made it"
