Poor food on board, but seats are too small and uncomfortable

Pleasant crew. Very long flight, a bit uncomfortable at times being seated, but not too bad.

1. The entrance to boarding gate G5 (which is at a lower level) is from the walkway (which is at the upper level). That entrance was locked and there was no place for hundreds of people to sit at the upper level, for a long time as the flight was 45 minutes late. 2. The choice of movies on board was extermely limited and poor. 3. The staff was unhelpful and faked politeness.

No ice for the drinks. Only gave a half a cup of your beverage. Not enough water. I got very dehydrated.

Fast boarding process. Flight was expected for a long haul economy flight

The flight went well. Everything good. Boarding. Meal service. Snack (crackers) & Drinks. (Could do with more selection like a sandwich). The seats did not have the annoying footrests (that dig into your shins when you stretch out your legs.). Entertainment was good as I watch 4 movies. Screens were bight (adjustable) but could do with privacy filters on them to prevent light from the passenger next to you shining in your face. They need to have milk for hot black tea though as coffee creamer just never makes tea taste nice.

Eva is one of the top airlines in Asia... but often are over priced. Finally found a reasonable rate.

Seat back monitors and outlets were dead and not working.

Everything was great except for the seat. The backrest would not stay in the upright position.

I usually have a positive experience with Delta. Complimentary upgrades are always nice!

Flight delayed about 2 hrs so it made it a VERY late night

I love flying DELTA it's my favorite airline to fly I love the staff the flight attendants and most importantly the safe flights that the pilots bring every time!!!! period!! My experience has been beautiful every time....I hope the good standards will always be kept

Service was good for such a short flight. Small plane but smooth flight.

Boarding was a little confusing as many folks were trying to get on through priority boarding instead of general. Everything else was excellent.

Worst flight in my life. Only was scheduled for a 45 min flight to get our connection flight. It was late by 40 minutes and we missed our connection. Delta was totally useless trying to help and unable to get my family on the next flight because they overbooked it Thus had to get a hotel at my expense and lost a day at Disney as a result. Cost me about a $1000 if you add 2 hotels meals shuttles etc to get thru the day Awful customer service by Delta in Detroit totally useless people
