nothing - all was excellent
People were being inconsiderate towards one another and staff did not care to diffuse the situations.
A flight that was to leave at 6 am did not leave untill almost 9 AM because the maintenance was onboard and would not clear it.. They swapped airplanes gave us a new gate and the same problem at the new gate as well..... the maintenance is in the plane and we will begin boarding once they give us a green light...
Non stop flight.
Crew was not very friendly. Even though I made a point of letting them know I was hard of hearing, and that I could not hear the announcements, they did not let me know what was said. I have traveled on several airlines over the past couple of years, and they are all accomadating...except JetBlue. Also the flight attendant constantly bypassed me...drinks, snacks, even trash pickup. I had to get his attention and there was a passenger sitting next to me that he spoke to at length.

It was good overall.
delayed 2.5 hrs, stood in jetway for 15 mins while crew fixed seatbelt issue. snack was poor; limited options for soda, small pour & only pretzels as snack!
Service, boarding, pilot capability; all positive things with no complaints. And yeah, I got the whole can of soda.
As a tall fellow of 6'3'', Seats on united are very close together and knees are constantly under pressure from the seat in front.
Crew was outstanding . Boarding was easy. Ahead of schedule arrival
Return to terminal required a bus and then off loading like cattle for sale. Came in through maintenance area. One hour from landing to baggage claim. Terrible!
