All was good
Late into the flight there appeared to be a medical emergency taking place just a few rows ahead of me. No announcement was made; it was as though we were expected to ignore the situation. But with the lights in the cabin turned on, a small crowd gathered, and the passenger being vocal in his distress .. . a brief announcement would have been nice: Situation under control, no need to worry, flight will continue as scheduled. The passenger had a relapse a few hours later - again no acknowledgement from the crew to reassure those of us who could hear his cries of distress.

The entertainment, the food, the free wine.
The small space of the economy seating area. It was very crowded and the staff wasn’t too keen on taking plates from passengers after they’ve eaten so often we were stuck with our trays and couldn’t get up or move. Boarding was a pain from Istanbul. The security check was chaotic and I wish they had a more sanitary way of checking everyone’s bags instead of using the same pair of gloves to search every passenger’s bag and do a body check.
Our check in luggage was opened. And the expensive perfumes we bought were missing. Some perfumes were taken without the boxes. Empty boxes were left. and some were taken with the boxes. Atleast $500 worth of perfumes were stolen from us 5 passengers luggages.
The entire trip from the beginning was a hassle due to a terrible customer service. No help whatsoever.
Although we were traveling together, the airline seated us separately on both flights. Going from Chicago to Amman I was seated in seat 16A while my husband was placed on the other side of the airplane in seat 17K!! On the ride back, I was in seat 13A and my husband in 30C!!!!! Prior to check in and during check in, I was informed that I was not able to select our seats, and that we would just have to arrange seating ourselves once we were on the plane!! A week prior to leaving Amman my husband called rj and talked to a representative who changed our seats.
The food the service and the flight
They wont let us pray. It's a Muslim airline. And yet they refused us to perform our obligatory prayers. Also we had ordered special meal for all 5 of us. We only got 3.
