Very professional, nice crew, smooth flight. Loved the tail outside camera. Had fun watching that. Very enjoyable for such a long flight.

Wasn’t thrilled that only salmon salad was left as a choice for dinner. Hubby can’t do salad, and I can’t do fish. Crew brought us some snacks.

Unfortunately I didn't get to travel, yet I paid $625! What a load of sh!& How is this legal? Sorry I wasn't able to understand 100% of what I read, and was naive to think that your company wasn't profiting off of deceiving customers. It's ridiculous to make someone read through 3 different "terms and conditions" and expect them to check all of the policies of the airline before they commit to the reservation. The wording also doesn't read easy and requires an attorney to read through. This is a scam.

I would like to know who is telling me the truth regarding why i $500 was taken from my refund when I was forced to cancel my flight due to not getting my visa. I think it's interesting that as I typed this, as soon as I typed justfly.com or kayak.com, a window popped up encouraging me to write my comment in feedback, not here, yet when I wrote kiwi.com or priceline.com, nothing popped up. This just confirms that there are many people out there that believe they were deceived by these two companies and it's unfortunate that Qantas is looking just as guilty of cheating people out of their hard EARNED money.

As my partner and I got on board, flight attendants greeted us with a smile. Upon deplaning, each flight attendant we passed by said "thank you" for flying Qantas to Sydney

My partner and I wish we could check-in on the App instead of checking in for flight on the web site via laptop

Comfortable chairs.

With an almost 3 hour delay the lack of information from Qantas staff was infuriating and we were held in what felt like a ‘holding pen’

The food and the crew were very good!

The seat had a large box at my feet and the headset/charger didn’t work at my armrest, which meant I had zero audio for the entire flight.

They put me in a broken seat in business class for which I had to call a flight attendant every time I wanted to adjust it.

The vegan food was delicious. The stewards and stewardesses were available and friendly. The seats were bigger than the new norm. He movies and documentaries were a good selection.

The seats could be bigger. The eggs could be vegetarian.

the size of the aircraft and leg room in coach.

I had ordered a special meal which was never delivered. I also don't like the weight restriction for carryon luggage. I got from the US to Australia without my luggage weighted and carried it on, but on my return to the US was told I had to check it. DO NOT like checking luggage.

Prices are per person and are for e–tickets and include all taxes & fees in USD.

We attempt to get accurate prices, however, prices are not guaranteed.

Here's why:

We’re not the seller.
At KAYAK we don’t set the prices, so it’s not possible for us to guarantee what other companies are selling.

We compile tonnes of data for you
Our service lets you quickly and easily compare results from hundreds of travel sites at once. In this sense, KAYAK is a search engine and we can't guarantee prices we find.

Why aren’t prices accurate 100% of the time?
Prices on airline seats, hotel rooms and car rentals can change frequently. Several people may also be trying to buy the same travel option simultaneously. As a result, you may find, on occasion, that certain prices are no longer available.

If you have more questions or if you have a bad price to report to us,
please send us an and someone from our team will get back to you promptly.
