The food was great. The seats were soft and there was enough legroom.
We were stuck on an aisle where the seats don't adjust on one of the flights, but it was a relatively short flight. The boarding process was a little disorganized, but we were able to get on the plane quickly. The worst part was the home airport. I don't know how much control Turkish airlines has over that airport, but the bathrooms we're absolutely disgusting.

There was a female attendant who as soon as I got to my seat asked me to stop blocking the aisle. I found this very annoying because I'd only just stopped at my seat. I found her manner disrespectful.
How possible with any criteria could charge 33€ for 1.5 such exagerate no good company at all ..

I had problem with entertainment system because I could see any images on the screen and they couldn't fix it. For 12 hours flight it was not fun.
I still have not received my bag. Three lavatories in the coach class were out of order. When we landed in Washington there was zero coordination and information for what will happen next.
The food was very specific and not for everyone taste.
Rude air hostesses. 3 hours on taxi which I’m willing to forgive because of the weather. They took an extra three hours to send our baggage through to baggage claim because their crew “refused to work in that weather”. Get a hold on your recruiting. And then my baggage doesn’t show up. All my woolens were in there and I have nothing to wear and it’s freezing outside. They do not give me ANY compensation of any sort. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had and all just save a couple hundred dollars. Not worth the hassle! I’m still trying to get in touch with them to ask about my baggage but they’re unreachable.

The food was good and the crew very nice. The flight was smooth.
The Warsaw-Newark leg took 10 hrs and a half, as opposed to 9 and a half. The Economy seat, although a little better than on other planes, is so small, and I’m average size! The announcements are so difficult to understand.

Calling the trip 'business class' is simply a bad lie. While it is common in Europe to give this dirty nasty lie do not mistake this flight to a 'business class'. It is simply that you get same seats and spacing as in the other torture chamber known as "economy" which I call cattle class (I suspect they would not let them fly cattle in those conditions). This lie is based on leaving the middle seat empty. Otherwise teh torture is the same. In short I hope someone will sue the SOB that invented this concept and that was allowed to call this 'business class'. It is nothing short of a fraud.
Messed up security clearance arrangement. Total confusion about secondary clearance requirement, only informed at boarding at gate that a lot of travelers needed secondary clearance. No objections to secondary clearance, but procedure a joke. Machine was half way down the terminal. Half hour wait, and you could have left your carry on with somebody else, get cleared by machine, pick up your bag again and get on board.

I have never been so hot on a plane. Even with the air blowing on me I was sweating! It was crazy hot!
Friendly, attentive staff. Good service. My toddler, husband and I boarded first because of our child, so we had plenty of time to get comfy on the plane. The flight attendants served sufficient drinks and snacks for the 1 hour flight.
Flight was delayed two hours so my toddler and I had significantly longer to wait, which is not too fun. However, I understand this is unavoidable sometimes.
There was a horrid family in the row in frony of me that absolutley refused to control their child at all, even when airline staff stepped in , so a really long flight was made to seem even longer and sleeping was out of the question.
