Pros: I was able to catch an earlier flight to vegas at no additional charged thanks to the United help desk who got me on stand by. That was great and was much appreciated!

Cons: Took off an hour late from a gate all the way across the terminal from the assigned gate. Promised "free" Direct TV did not work and the Wi-Fi didn't either.

Pros: The crew was helpful and friendly, my flight was inexpensive

Cons: The seats were incredibly uncomfortable! Also, many people did not understand how to turn off the televisions, so it was pretty distracting to have so many monitors going when we all trying to sleep.

Cons: I was a little concerned when the person in the window seat next to me left soon after take-off. I figured he was headed to the washroom, but never came back. These days, you never know if it might have been something that should have been mentioned.

Cons: Trash and food covered the floors. The seats were very uncomfortable and not sure how you can call that a tray table. But I guess if you aren't serving food there's no real reason to have a table, except to allow your guests convenience. Charging fees for every little thing, including being able to pick a seat so you can sit with your party, is quite ridiculous. I don't fly a lot but I won't ever choose this airline again when I can get Much higher quality for the overall cost once the hidden fees were added.

Pros: Well I arrived at the gate 8 minutes before departure due to a late flight from San Antonio. And no one was there. I watched the plane leave 5 minutes late. The gate attendants were super rude and lazy when they came back up the ramp. I think the walk really took it out of them. There were 10 people who had run from delayed flights just standing there thinking wtf.

Cons: AA in Phoenix is always a nightmare. They seem to hire lazy people with no idea of customer service

Cons: The seats were tiny! I'm a big woman, but not a huge one and I struggled to get my belt on. Considering how nice their seats are, this is one of the smallest seats I've ever sat in!

Cons: In-flight movies were broken the entire flight. There was no way to charge a phone or laptop despite the 3+ hour flight time. My 45 minute hopper from RDU to CLT had both plug and USB. Additionally AA does not offer free messaging.

Cons: I didn't like that we had to pay even for water. I know Spirit is a no frills airline, but you charge extra for everything, even seats, so on board entertainment could be made available for a charge.

Then no overhead space avail when I did get on and I was in bulkhead seat. I got my seat back.. But it was annoying, unnecessary, and uncalled for. And the woman who did it did not apologize.

Cons: Bought the ticket in Chicago because it was cheaper than flying out of Madison or Milwaukee. Even if I paid for a bus ticket from Madison to Chicago. When I went to check in it took 5 phone calls and 1 1/2 hours later. The reason for the call was the carry-on baggage charge which was astronomical and my question was is the $40 for round trip. Which it wasn't. Also, I was unaware of all the additional charges, seat, bottle water, soda etc. The biggest problem was no WI FI on board. I need to work while I was in the air for 4 hours. It took 5 phone calls because I couldn't understand the person trying to answrer my questions. I also couldn't check in because Frontier was not compatible with my IPad. Talk about getting frustrated. I had enough stress traveling for business. On the way back we were backing out to the runway heading to take off and the captain announced that he was turning around because a passage was vomiting due to overindulgence of alcohol. 45 minutes later finally backed out to take off. I barely made it to my bus. Thank god I can run fast. What a nightmare that didn't need to happen. It would have been way cheaper to fly out of Madison or Milwaukee. What really PMO was socking us traveler additional charge for so called peak time. WHO DO YOU THINK BAILED YOU OUT IN 2001? Your should be ashamed of yourselves.

When I arrived the plane was delayed three hours before they said that the back rows 30-38 all had to rebook because they had an issue with the plane. That next flight required me two take 2 connecting flights (7 hours of flight time) and arrive 19 hours after my scheduled departure.
