It's like you have to go to class on how to walk through the aisle and not be an idiot."

We noticed a rather larger line, so we were comfortable that because we had arrived so early that we would be just fine. Oh to the contrary, the line grew and with it everyone's mood changed. Half an hour passed and we could not find one clerk to explain why the line was not moving. This was the flight back from Nashville heading towards Chicago. In a huge rage, a woman traveling with what seemed to be her mother and two children finally hit a tipping point. She demanded to speak to a clerk and basically had to stalk their office until one came out. Apparently, in Nashville, the check in crew does not begin to check bags in until about an hour to forty-five minutes before your flight. I just couldn't get that through my head. If TSA, got forbid stops you, you're screwed. I will never fly with this airline again. You have to pay to even have a carry on with you, any kind of normal seat selection, seats are paper thin, and service was the worse. I get the cheap prices, but they're not that cheap in order to deal with all this mess"

The tickets were cheap but then you are charged for bags and carry ons, but i did get a discounted price for doing that over the phone. However, I still had to argue with the girl at check in as she kept saying I still had to pay, until another girl saw my report and corrected her. No apology, and lots of additude. We boarded late, though there was no announcement. My flight was short, so comfort was not a big deal to me. But the worst part is when I went to claim my luggage it was broken, and they did not have a claims office, so I went to a lady at the check in and she was very helpful. Apparently there were 2 more cases in the same flight. She sincerely apologized, and filled out a damaged claims report; though I did not get a recite I did take a picture of it just in case. Hopefully they will reimburse me for my damaged bag before my next trip. But overall, the rudecoustomee service, hidden fees, and damaged luggage will prevent me from choosing or recommending this air line ever again."
