Cons: "The flight was delayed because one or more of the crew were late. I would suggest that when you board a large flight, start from the rear of the plane, not the front. Having to go past everyone to get to your seat is time consuming and somewhat stressful. The food was super gross. The so called beef bulgogi was not appetizing at all. For breakfast, the food was disgusting."

The first class cabin crew on our side of the plane was inattentive, though it appeared on the other half of the plane the crew was very attentive. This is one of the poorer first class seats in the industry. The "lie flat" seat is just that, a lie. It is pitched at an angle, though not as steep as some. Foot cubby is narrow and constrictive, bordering on claustrophobic."

Went the time was to long and No Calls I went and ask a personnel at that time I got a phone call from the Airport personnel also telling me that my suitcase was down in the band. To find out the I have lost the plane. I went and talk to management after a few minutes of conversation nothing happen I have lost my plane my money . I am very frustrated sad because it was not a plesiosaur trip My mother was sick and I needed to see her take her to the Doctor. Had to borrow money from a family member to continue my trip. On my way back I try to check And I was Unable to do so. I arrived to the Airport to find OUT that they cancel my way back too!!!!!! I had to borrow money Again!!!! And stay in the Airport for 8 hrs! This was my experience my lost money time family worried about me and my sister.I had No signal in my phone due to the poor Cituation of this country went I'm able to check my fly with you KAYAK notice the right gate number and time went the plane was living. The attitude of management from Aeromexico was so rude And disrespectful. I will never use them again."

I have fly with Interjet and Never had this problem They never live no one behind. Very unpleasant trip finding my mother sick and ended living her again and had to spent another 8 hrs to take a 11:55 pm flight home . Because they cancel my trip because they left me behind."

Repeated indications that we were cleared to move, and then no movement for another 15 minutes before assuring us they were cleared to move. Everything about this airline, from check-in to boarding to taxiing to deplaning to baggage claim felt like it took 60-80% longer than it had to, with no real customer service to be found. This is an airline that does nothing more than provide passengers with a way of getting from point A to point B, eventually; getting there on time, or in comfort, was clearly a luxury their airline was not positioned to deliver. First and last time flying Aeromexico, especially with Internet, Volaris, and other carriers plowing the same routes."

Pros: "There was a ten and a half hour delay of which two hours was on a plane waiting on the tarmac with mechanical problems and two more hours waiting to be reticketed in the terminal. But the airline took care of us with vouchers for food, hotel and taxis. The crisis was handled really well. It was just miserable because we only got two hours sleep. I am glad this was just a once in a lifetime crisis and inconvenience. Maybe it was caused by Boeing who made the plane."

As for there earlier claim of no 3 seats available next to each other .. it was obviously a lie because the seats just across from me where empty. I hope not to fly on American Airlines again."

Cons: "The flights were full. Middle seat was not left empty for covid. Yet you would not provide a snack because of covid.I did not feel valued as a customer."

Cons: "It was a packed flight. No empty middle seats for social distancing, only half empty rows that you could pay $50 to "upgrade" into. Just having a backpack will cost an extra $40. No complaints of the crew. I've had better experiences with Spirit."

Then going through TSS....took about 30 min....we had to RUN just to catch our flight. Even though we were there almost 2 1/2 hours early. Made for a very stressful start"

Pros: "The bus style seats really are more comfortable than other economy seats that can recline an inch or two."
Cons: "I understand that the attendants must have been exhausted on the day after Christmas. The fee for bringing luggage seems too high, and not well displayed at the time of ticket purchase. This is misleading when comparing fares. Overall, Frontier offers a commuter experience, efficient and spare."

Cons: "Flight was 50 minutes late departing on a morning originating flight (scheduled departure time 6:10am). At departure time 20 people had to voluntarily move to the back of the aircraft due to a weight and balance problem. Then it took another 30+ minutes to get revised/new “paperwork”. Upon arrival in JAX (30 minutes late) we couldn’t deplane due to problems with the jetway, yet another additional delay."

Cons: "For beginners, my fisrt flight on new years eve got delayed, and then it got canseled... in order to make it to new orleans i had to book a flight with American airline for a much greater price (frontier $50 AA $375) Frontier was only willing to cover another flight with them, which would not leave untill Tuesday (jan 2) and that meant i would miss out on my new years experience and also a lost of $250 on a non refundable reservations, after calling costumer service they were only willing to provide a 200 voucher to fly with Frontiers instead of refunding me the full amout on $375 for the AA ticket i had to buy... my other r flight from New Orleans got delayed 2 times and i got in the plane 4 hours later to a flight where they didnt even provide complimentary drinks like a soda or water, last but not least i am currently waiting for my flight back home and i received an email saying that it got cancelled but when i called costumer care and they said that the status is unconfirmed... but if so i will be loosing a day a work and prob have to book another flight that will probably cost me more money to which i am not certain that i will be compensated for"

Cons: "I tried numerous times hours before my flight to check-in using the fly frontier website. It never worked. I arrived at the airport an hour and a half early. With bus delays, I walked up to the ticket counter at 9:24pm to retrieve my ticket. Flight leaves at 10:00pm. The attendant tells me I missed my flight by 9min because you have to check in at least 45min early and that there was no way I could board. I asked if the plane had already left, he said that it had not. No good answer as to why I couldn't be accommodated. I explained my qualms about the online check-in but it was pointless. I had to fly with another airline which costs me $367.00 to book. Terrible customer service and no leeway or understanding whatsoever."

Cons: "Frontier cancelled return flight without telling me and refusing to do anything other than refund 75$ or give me a flight 4 days later. Frontier refused to help with hotel or other accommodations and I had to rebook flight with delta for 350$ so I could get back home. Also, the employees from Frontier were extremely rude and refused to even look at me or even answer my questions. They said flight was cancelled due to weather reasons, but American Airlines was able to get planes running on only an hour delay. And, again, I never even had the common courtesy of a call or email, or text that my flight was cancelled! I had to find out when I got to the airport,"

Pros: "While the initial ticket prices seem nice, the extra charges aren't worth it. Also, both of my flights were delayed for multiple hours with very limited warning. While I understand it's Christmas time and delays happen, no other flights were experiencing delays and we were never given an explanation."

It would have been good to know I would have been charged for my bags no matter what so I would have been charged an extra $60 round trip to carry-on, so I just spend the $50 round trip and checked my bag. I was also charged to select a seat in the back of the plane. If I had known there would be so many fees, I would have just spent more on a flight with a better carrier. I felt like I was herded like cattle. The seats were very small and uncomfortable. I will not fly Frontier again and will warn others"

Cons: "Every time we fly with Frontier we are always delayed for hours. My husband did not even want to fly with Frontier but i told him this time may be different but I was wrong. Flight was suppose to leave at 9pm we didnt leave until close to 12am. Also, I am pregnant so I was so looking forward to arriving on time and getting food and into bed. (restaurants close at 8 at the Indianapolis airport) Very disappointing will be the last time we fly Frontier."

Pros: "Everything on the ground was fine boarding taxiing even to take off. I didn't like the lack of communication. The pilots never had any sort of communication with us and didn't give the cabin enough notice of landing. maybe 10 minutes so flight attendants and customers were still roaming about going to the restrooms whIle we were descending and having some really terrible tirbulance. I'm not a pilot but this made me uncomfortable."

I was not informed when I purchased my ticket that my carry-on bag would cost me sixty dollars. No one else charges for a single carry-on."
