The person at the gate was rude when I said you won't lose my luggage will you? he said Probably. I said really, and he said well you did ask."

Cons: "Volaris need to get new seats. Volaris charge you almost for even breathing, I am not kidding. They ask you to use the machines at the airport to print the boarding pass but their logo is not on this machines that's how they make $10 on each passenger. Bad experience."
