Pros: "The crew was friendly but because of 5 flight delays we missed our connections in Amsterdam and got stuck in Houston for the night."
Cons: "The crew was friendly but because of 5 flight delays we missed our connection to Amsterdam and got stuck in Houston for the night. Because of this we were forced to pay for a hotel in Houston. I believe that we should have received some type of voucher for the huge inconvenience and waste of money"

Pros: "Our flight attendant was the best!"
Cons: "The weather."
Pros: "Service and punctuality"
Cons: "On board entertainment"
Cons: "The United leg SFO-EWR was 3 jours delayed so we called SAS which changed us to an Icelandair flight. But at that flight they say we never had seats. By then SAS has closed and won’t help us. Also, we find out from United agent that SAS wrecked our booking so no one can help us. Worse than worthless"
Pros: "The flight got me to my destination"
Cons: "Flight was delayed by an hour, leg room was very cramped, we sat on the tarmac at O’Hare for almost an hour upon arrival"
Pros: "enjoyed the movie selection was compensated $100 for the delay"
Cons: "the flight was delayed 3 hours."
Pros: "Boarded on time"
Cons: "Sat on tarmac in United plane at destination (Denver) from 2:40 pm to 3:35 pm. Waiting on a gate to unload...just long enough to miss my 3:30 pm United connecting flight. Why couldn’t United have delayed the connecting flight a few minutes knowing we were sitting in another of their planes just a few feet away?"
Pros: "Crew was professional"
Cons: "Being delayed 2.5 hrs"
Pros: "It was fast"
Cons: "No peanuts"
Pros: "Timelines of the flight. Very smooth flight"
Cons: "Lack of good audio selections. I was rather disappointed with the tracks selections."
Pros: "Multiple passengers were assigned the same seats so we had to do some shuffling once everyone had boarded. There were however enough seats for everyone."
Cons: "The staff was very pleasant and professional."
Pros: "Good flight...no complaints."
Pros: "Great UA crew on flight to SFO."
Cons: "UA plane stayed a long time on O'Hare tarmac waiting for takeoff to LA. Then parking at gate in LA took a long time. The result was I missed my UA connection to SFO. UA put me in the next LA-SFO flight."
Cons: "3 delays, but United refused to cancel the flight which would allow the passengers to rebook. Pilots were dismissed and we were given vouchers to the worst motel that I have EVER stayed in. Since I had to be in Washington the next morning, I purchased a $600 ticket online after the gate agent told all of the passengers that United could not get them to D.C. until the next evening. To top it off, they used the same plane with mechanical problems the next morning, which caused further delays. Terrible and costly."
Pros: "The cabin crew themselves were great. The pilots offered my child to go see the cabin and everyone on the actual plane was great."
Cons: "The United employees at check in kiosk were very unorganized and unhelpful. I was traveling internationally with a small child and had two pieces of luggage to check in. Normally you just go to the counter once and they do everything including taking your luggage once they weigh it. Instead, I had to go to the self check in kiosk, then back to the counter to weigh my luggage, take off the one luggage from the scale, weigh the second one, then go back to the self check in kiosk, then was told to take off the second luggage as well, then finally went to a second counter where the lady handwritten my luggage tags and then was told to take both pieces of luggage and put them somewhere else altogether with specific directions on where to put them. This is something normally handled by the actual employees. Also, the check in dude yelled at my kid for putting in his name into the check in kiosk while we were waiting on the check in dude to do all those unorganized activities. He claimed it would break the software if my kid were to enter his name. I have told him that no, the software will not break if my child enters in his name."
Cons: "Seats and food were disappointing ."
Pros: "They accommodated my 6 hour layover by reducing it to 2!! Got me home 4hrs earlier. So grateful."
Cons: "UNITED employees are very rude"
Pros: "Relatively, on time."
Cons: "The seats were hardest, most uncomfortable airline seats yet. No padding whatso ever. They now have 4 boarding classes plus the 'special' folks. If you drag your bag to the gate , which slows down boarding, you get it checked for free, if you check it yourself at the counter you get to pay 25$ ... Since older people generally do not want to be carrying luggage up the 'stairs and through the Chicago airport', it means they get to pay extra! I think it is age discrimination that all the airlines are doing. Only the young can fly the cheapest."
Cons: "I got an infection in my colon from the bacteria in the food I ate on the flight. I had acute diarrhea for four days and had to go to the hospital."
Pros: "Great experience. No hitches."
Pros: "Even though I change my date of flight everything was good, very good customer service100 percent."
Pros: "The international flights were good - slightly more room and decent entertainment options."
Cons: "The domestic legs were annoying. Very coach experience."
Pros: "Was fine"
Pros: "We made it with all our luggage"
Cons: "LONG walk at ORD from gate to gate. Very confusing boarding process."
Pros: "Food was just ok. Fly twice with delta international and was spoiled,"
Cons: "Crew no customer service, the boarding lines international & domestic were a jungle. Even boarding pass line to check in lugguage had 200 people in it and only one flight out. No fast Kioskos and many people standing around 6 to be exact not helping and just standing so people don't go into another airlines lines. Useless"
Cons: "i had to pay $25.00 for my one bag on my flight home but didn't have to pay from indy to washington"
Pros: "Good flight."
Pros: "The professionalism of the airline stewardess says that's what I like the most"
Cons: "I really can't say that I truly would call something I didn't like"
Pros: "Staff was professional. Flight was on time"
Pros: "The Captain and his crew were informative and courteous. Very smooth take off and flawless landing."
Cons: "Passengers were boarding the air craft with multiple carry on bags which filled the overhead cargo after 2 groups. Groups 3 4 and 5 had to check their bags."
Pros: "Everything except the delay"
Cons: "Flight was delayed with little communication or reassurance. When I had to rebook my connection, the counter was woefully understaffed and they were not equipped with new enough computers to quickly address my problem."
Pros: "Food and drinks were great - even had three choices in Economy. Staff was great and attentive and seats were comfortable. Other than the screen problem mentioned everything else was great."
Cons: "The display screen was not calibrated, so if you pressed a button the button two buttons over would activate. This meant I could not watch movies or hear audio because those buttons didn't work. The staff rebooted the virtual Linux server for that seat, but this had no effect on the uncalibrated screen."
Pros: "The crew was very wonderful and did their best to make sure that all of us were taken care of."
Cons: "The seats on United were very packed and for any person larger or taller than 5 foot 5, there was not as much leg room as is usually advertised by United."
Pros: "Everything was delayed which caused me to miss my connection flight so I was stuck in the airport for 12 hours."
Pros: "The staff was nice and friendly."
Cons: "Dirty plane. The air smelled bad. We were delayed, on both flights."
Cons: "Delays! Numerous delays! No assistance to help with changing missed connections or getting a hotel while stuck in Chicago."
Pros: "Nice good and movie selection. Seats were very comfortable."
Cons: "No tv in headrest."
Pros: "It eventually ended"
Cons: "Spent almost an hour before actually taking off. Terrible service. No"
Pros: "arrived on time despite delayed departure"
Cons: "Wobbly takeoff from Denver, then an aborted landing at LGA, I won't be flying United again anytime soon."
Cons: "Very nice friendly service, keep up the good work."
Pros: "Airplane was clean. The attendant was warm and friendly, made eye contact and seemed concerned about everyone's comfort."
Pros: "Good wasn't bad."
Cons: "Staff didn't make you feel special. They probably don't themselves and that comes across in the level and delivery if the services."
