Pros: Very friendly crew, my flights were on time, good selection of movies. That's about it.
Cons: Their Basic fare should be renamed "Bare-sic" – you have to pay for almost anything. Food choices can be better. I guess they can pay the Munich airport to get better treatment and not having to bus their passengers around.

Cons: 1)Honoring their quoted prices & not charging me for flights I didn't book.Visa now has to investigate, a 30 day process. Frontier won't deal w/it !! 2)My bag didn't arrive when I returned (I dealt w/this diligently due to a canceled flight),then refused to have it brought to my house. There's more
Pros: On time departure from PHL and on time arrival in LAX.
Cons: This was an older Airbus A321 with no power outlets at the seats and no video screens on the back of seats. As an Executive level Advantage member, I felt that I received no special recognition from onboard flight staff; they did the minimum as scripted.
Pros: Seat was comfortable
Cons: One attendant looked and acted,like she had just gotten up after a rough night. Never smiled, watched people put jackets and even a fast food bag in the overheads without ever saying a word.
Pros: The crew was great. Flight attendant worked really hard to keep people moving and comfortable and safe. Pilots kept us informed.
Cons: The plane is a bit older and they need to update their fleet. Boarding process needs to start sooner. Not sure what is ... Took forever for them to board.
Pros: The gate crew were very responsive and told us accurate estimates about the delayed departure time. They even distributed snacks for us.
Cons: The flight crew was subpar. We had been delayed by 2 hours and they did nothing to assuage anyone’s frustrations. Service was minimal and lacklustre. In flight WiFi didn’t work with any streaming service. Plane was noisy and old. Seat was about worn through. Truly the worst in flight experience I can remember having domestically.
