Cons: "Airlines have gon back to the days of packing as many seats as possible into these planes. I not a big guy but not huge. I’m just over 6 feet. When I sat down it was impossible for me to sit without my knees jammed against the seat in front of me. I ended up switching with my daughter to the seat across the isle which had slightly more leg room. Overall the seating was very uncomfortable."

None of this was explained at ticket purchase. Not happy. Probably will never try to fly Alaska Airlines again."

Pros: "I used points to bump up this flight to first class and was very grateful for the delicious food and extra room. We received good service from attendants who checked on us often to bring extra drinks and answer questions. I see now that it's worth the extra money/points to fly first class. Thank you for making it a great experience!"
Cons: "I felt the flight attendant who first served me was a little brash. We were seated for what seemed like extra time before takeoff so I ordered a mimosa when asked if I wanted a drink. She seemed reluctant to give it to me so I wish she had explained that there wasn't much time or explained any hesitations that she was maybe trying to hide from her expressions. I was only 1/3rd finished with the drink when she practically grabbed it from my hands and said she had to take it away. A warning would have been nice, I could have finished it faster. Then during the flight when I ordered another one so I could actually enjoy it, she still seemed hesitant/judgmental and finally said "that will be the last champagne the plane has." It was an awkward experience that I didn't appreciate. However, this same attendant seemed more friendly throughout the flight and was kind and helpful."

The crew will at least attempt a smile and greating, not at Piarco. When we arrived to Miami it took 2 hours to receive our luggage and no one told us why, we just stood there, waiting around like it was the 2nd coming of Jesus.... I'm glad I can still smile, hopefully the Trini staff can too"

Cons: "My email is not linked to my phone, so I got no warning notices of two gate changes waiting for my connecting flight home. I waited at the original gate (C39) from arrival time (2:30 pm) til boarding time (5:40 pm). When I saw no change to my destination, I checked the United App to find that the gate had been changed C33). Rushing to C33 I found another flight boarding at that location with one United Representative who could not stop to answer questions. Seeing two unoccupied Representatives at the next gate (C32), I asked if they could help me with the confusion, they said I should check with gate C33 - which I told them that she was too busy with other passengers. I searched for a Departure Board and discovered that gate C33 was still the gate, but "aircraft maintenance" had delayed the flight until after 8:20. After having to check my carry-on because of lack of space in the overheads, my departure from the airport was further delayed another 30 minutes. Upon returning home and checking my email, I found notifications of two different gate changes (C33 & C44). Announcements should have been made at both gate C39 about the changing of the gate and at C33 explaining the problem. The captain's lame excuse about air conditioning and Phoenix's hot weather was lame to say the least."
Pros: "Flight attendant was great at least and despite seatbelt light being on whole flight, attendants did pass out those struppelwaffle things which I really do enjoy. Offered complimentary checked baggage to destination for people to use for their carry-on bag."
Cons: "Flight was delayed without a reason given. Plane appeared poorly maintained on inside, with loose interior border panels that would shake and make noise during turbulence."

When the flight that got cancelled was a direct flight. Then our luggage was not put on the connecting flight, we got our luggage 24 hours later."
