THE FLIGHT TO PARIS WAS CANCELLED ON NOV.13 because Paris closed their borders. Since Saturday 14 we are requesting the cancelation of this reservation and refund the payment. You are still sending everything as if im flying. AA and FINNAIR have been telling me that Kayak Has to process that refund. We did a formal claim to Kayak on Nov. 14. Did Kayak submited the claim to AA and FINAIR? We dont have nothing in writing from Kayak yet. We need an answer.
