Passengers were divided in 5 lanes, depending on their seating area withing the plane (for a more efficient boarding, I presume) but, by the time we all got to the actual aircraft, we formed another queue in the boarding bridge so it didn't feel like any time was saved or anything."

The plane was spotless throughout the flight. They were always coming around with water and juice and they genuinely seemed to care about all the passengers. The Flight back crew were just the opposite. More like the old lazy farts you get on the American carriers or BA or QF long haul. Whoo have been there for the long haul and should have stopped ages ago."

Cons: "My daughter is in a wheelchair. She was a carry on (I e I carry her on board). The staff knew this but failed to notify the airport. Hence, we had to deplane without a jetway. I didn’t. The steep stairs made it unsafe. Had to wait a long time for a handcranked lift. No one really knew what they were doing and they wanted to put her in an adult wheelchair in spite of my identifying safety issues. My daughter was scared and upset. Epic failure on AA’s part. Communication breakdown on many levels. Shameful."

Cons: "When I arrived at the gate, the flight was on time, but no aircraft was at the gate. The gate attendants left at the time we were supposed to Board, then the departure time changed on the board and no announcement was made. Another gate attendant told me that the aircraft was at DYT, but the reason for delay was crew rest. As the delays continued, 3 in all, we were told that the aircraft was at DYT but we were waiting on a crew to be flown in from Charlotte. Not sure how AA messed up their crew rest schedule on domestic regional jet carrier. Either way, a new gate attendant arrived to take over, and continued to tell us we were waiting on crew. Then the story changed to waiting on aircraft and crew. By the time the 3rd change in departure had been made, and we were still waiting on aircraft and cre, AA failed to continue to update the departure and arrival times. Once we boarded around 9:00pm the boarding time still showed 8:10pm. Then we sat on the runway awaiting departure for approx 40 minutes before taking off. Very poor communication And customer service."

Cons: "Seats are very small. Boarding process could be improved. Seems some people board out of sequence and it screws up the process of stowing luggage and getting to your assigned seat. These same people bring in large over sized bags that will not fit in the above compartment or underneath the seat. Charging these individuals for these violations would deter them from engaging in this behavior. You might also want to add to your instructions how to disembark the plane, some individuals think their schedule is more important and rush up the isle in front of others who are trying to get their carry on luggage from the overhead compartment. Losers!!"

The food was actually one of the best I had in a while for an international flight and flight was on time. Service was courteous and prompt too, for the low price I couldn't have asked for more."

The flight I took wasn't packed somthere was plenty of room. Even if it was there was still a fair amount of space. Wi-Fi, new releases, even some classic 80's. if you get bored on this flight you really don't deserve to fly internationally."

I wondered if this was some way to avoid paying taxes by funneling an US registered corporation fees through a Spanish registered corporation. It didn't make sense to me. Otherwise I would not have gotten back until over 24 hours later the next day. So, in the end I had to spend over $200 more to get home. I really have never had a good experience flying Iberia."

Pros: "The team in both Rome and Madrid to went above and beyond. They were polite and empathetic to our situation, which was not Iberias fault. And they went out of their way to get us home on time. My family of 6 really appreciated. They have earned our loyalty."

The flight crews were top notch, the takeoff and landings were smooth and even, as were both flights, the food was fine, the entertainment was great, and the seats were roomy and comfortable. Overall, a superior experience to any U.S. airline I have ever flown. I would fly them again any time. Five stars."
Cons: "On the return flight from Madrid, we ended up having to board the plane from the tarmac, which was interesting. I can remember decades ago when that was done, but it was a first for us. We checked our luggage, so it was no problem for us, but some passengers had to lug big carry-on suitcases up those staircases. I'm not sure what passengers with disabilities had to do to board. I don't think it was the airline's fault, but it was a little out-of-the ordinary."

Pros: "I especially like the agent at the United Lounge in Denver who changed my flight to one that left 3 hours before my original flight. Also, she arranged for my checked bag from Dayton, OH to be transferred to the new flight. I was concerned by happy to get it in Denver - actually, it was one of the first luggage to arrive."

Cons: "The flight was booked through Jetfly and I tried to change the date. I ended up losing the entire ticket. No flight, no money. I talked to Jetfly at least 8 times and they kept confusing things, delaying things, and were not very helpful which caused me to miss any available flights."

I travel with her for a reason and that situation did not help but the flight attendants did everything possible to fix the situation."

Pros: "Plane was delayed 87 minutes because the plane had maintenance issues that the air and did not organize and plan better. For their error, I missed my client and got fired."
Cons: "The airline not getting me on the Dayton-Newark then Newark-Rochester flight so I could get to my destination on time. The agent at the airport was not helping or listening. Now I miss my client loss a lot of money for the day and I got fired."

Cons: "I purchased my ticket in March with seating assigned to me and then when I travel from Chicago to San Jose my seating was changed and I had to sit back in the 22nd row now I walk with a cane and so this is very was very painful for me, my itinerary said that my seating was row seven for the whole trip but when I got ready to fly home from Chicago to San Jose to- day ,so I was very uncomfortable. I did not know my seating had been changed."

Cons: "A fight attendant accidentally spilled a drink down my back. To compensate, she offered me an alcoholic drink. I can't drink alcohol. I asked if I could move to another seat that was dry and she said I'd have to pay $130."

Pros: "I ultimately arrived at my final destination on the same day that I left, and 12 hours later instead of 36 hours later that it was looking like it'd be at the time. Crew at the gate and on the plane were wonderful. Personnel at the airport were also wonderful aside from the fact that I couldn't seem to get on the official standby list until my mother-in-law got me on by talking to personnel at a completely different airport."
Cons: "Flight was diverted due to weather and subsequently was cancelled and rebooking was a disaster. Lines and phone hold times for rebooking took an hour each time I stood in line, which was four times.Thankfully, I was on standby for this same-day flight and was able to arrive at my destination 12 hours later than planned instead of 36 hours later than planned."

Cons: "Flight was delayed approx 7-8 times, 7.5 hrs. I arrived at 7:15 am for a 9:20am flight to find that it was delayed. Wasn't notified before leaving home of delay. Was given a 2 food vouchers but very late, 30 mins before boarding time. Paid for two meals already by then. My Friday to Monday trip to see my family was shortened by almost a day. I hadn’t seen them for 3 years. Don't know when I'll be able to see them next. Not happy..."

Cons: "I had to interrupt my flight and book another flight from Denver to Phoenix. Mass confusion to simply guarantee my checked bag would no continue on to Maui. I was told to keep my bag at the ticket desk in Dayton....scolded for doing so at the gate....then again scolded for same thing at gate for Denver to Phoenix. At least I kept track of my bag through it all."

Cons: "Itinerary was changed the morning of my trip. I was not informed until arriving to the airport. When i spoke to the flight attendant of my original itineray, he was extremenly rude and shooed me off. The supervisor was slightly more helpful but ended up being just as bad when i informed him of his rude employee. Even the new itinerary put me on a delayed flight. One choice of snack on a 5 hour flight. Overall, not flying with united again."

Cons: "2+ hours late to depart with no explanation. Multiple delay messages from United ranging from 59 minutes late to 2 hours 10 minutes late often within minutes of each other. Poor service, crowded, and very uncomfortable."

Cons: "I'm very upset I left an item in the overhead bin and had customer service call over as soon as we realized, but they said it wasn't there. There's no way, it had to be there and they didn't look very hard. I submitted a claim and they still haven't found it."
