The price was reasonable and the whole process was timely and smooth.
It is not that there was anything I didn't like, but I am not interested in food, entertainment, or rewards.
The most important thing to me is that I pay a fair price and that the process is timely and smooth.
Boarding was easy. clean plane, crew was very friendly. I was very concerned though, when we banked left and did a complete circle in the air. An explanation from the captain would have been terrific. I made sure I was the last one to leave the plane and asked him about it when I saw him at the exit. He told me what happened but I would have liked to know while it was happening. Besides that, the coke and pretzels were divine. :)
The crew was really nice and helpful. I also appreciated how clean the aircraft was. I also appreciated the $25 voucher Frontier sent due to the delay, although it was certainly not enough considering I had chosen the ticket based on its arrival time.
My flight was delayed 3 hours and when I talked to a Frontier agent they said the delay was due to "maintenance." I later found out it was due to a technical scheduling glitch which left our specific crew without a plane. For a 3 hour delay, the customer service people should be able to give a more specific answer than "maintenance." And since i had bought this ticket because it was the only option that would allow me to get into Greensboro during daytime, the delay meant I had chosen Frontier for no good reason (not to mention the scarcity of snacks/food, the tiny seats and tables, the outrageous charges for every little thing, including carry-ons.) Won't be flying Frontier again if I can help it.
AA changed my flight plans which resulted in a 4.5 hour layover in Philly. The gates were filthy, there is not much selection for in-flight food and nothing for entertainment. I couldn't even find an outlet that worked at the gate.
Uncomfortable seating. No refreshments not even water and they lost my luggage. Also had my friend pay for extra luggage fees over the phone and the Frontier representative put him on speaker phone in front of 30 people as he gave out his credit card info!!! Unbelievable!!
Row 19 on a 737ER is great for room, as long as you don't plan on reclining (I rarely do in a daytime flight)
A little overcautious regarding seating the cabin crew because of possible turbulence, but better safe than sorry, I suppose. However, it is a common occurrence on this particular leg, so don't board knowing you might need to take a "break" before you get to Atlanta.
We’re not the seller.
At KAYAK we don’t set the prices, so it’s not possible for us to guarantee what other companies are selling.
We compile tonnes of data for you
Our service lets you quickly and easily compare results from hundreds of travel sites at once. In this sense, KAYAK is a search engine and we can't guarantee prices we find.
Why aren’t prices accurate 100% of the time?
Prices on airline seats, hotel rooms and car rentals can change frequently. Several people may also be trying to buy the same travel option simultaneously. As a result, you may find, on occasion, that certain prices are no longer available.
If you have more questions or if you have a bad price to report to us, please send us an
and someone from our team will get back to you promptly.
The fares displayed in KAYAK ads found on other sites include all taxes and fees for economy class travel and were found
by KAYAK users in the last 72 hours. Seats are limited and may not be available on all flights and days.
Fares are subject to change and may not be available on all flights or dates of travel. Some carriers charge
additional fees for extra checked bags. Please check the carriers' sites.
Hacker Fares sell tickets to/from a destination via different airlines and are subject to the booking
requirements and terms of each. Any changes made to one of your tickets will not necessarily afford
rights to change the other ticket. Fares change frequently and are subject to availability.
