the teminal 4 sevice at JFK: the huge line before the security looked like a complete misorder and for no reason lingest lined I ever saw in airports instead of spliting the crowd in shorted lines to every security crew without maku=ing people to pass long lines with the hand luggage and children, it was really and absolutelu=y far from any comfort.
The food and entertainment was good. We got into the plane ver quickly and we were seated towards the front
I have been flying for a while but it is so difficult to find out what fare class you have. the website is not helpful with bag check in information. $90 is way too much to check in a bag especially for an international flight the line at Lisbon for passports is way too long
everything is ok but food is bad. better give to passenger fruit or bisquit, wafers

The customer service I received was horrible horrible horrible especially from the check in counter the were very rude . After booking my flight on kayak I called TAP customer service just to make sure that everything was fine .I asked them about luggage they said I had 2 free and a carry on when I got to the airport said I had to pay for the 2 i said no told them that i called TAP they didn't wanna hear it i asked for the manager she I am the manager and you bought a discounted ticket and there's no luggage with this ticket only acarry on in a mean way if you want the you have to pay $90 for each I tried to call TAP can't get through them when they finally got through them the guy confirmed that I ve called it on the records but it said now it's too late to do anything I am already at the airport that I have to pay and contact them later. I wasted good hour and a half on this and I had to pay $180. After all that at the boarding gate they announced that they will call by zone .they called especial need called frequent flyers zone A never called zone B all they said last minute was this is the final call for flight #.... and I was right in front of them and guess who were the people making the announcement yep the same people at the check in counter

The crew was very nice, we boarded on time and landed a bit early which was nice. We recieved little snack packs that had a sandwich and a granola bar or fruit snacks and a juice.
The seats were not very comfortable to sleep on for 6 hours as they didn't recline back too much but that is to be expected in 2nd class seats.
