Pros: Helsinki is a convenient connection to fly to the U.S. One of Finnair planes was damaged earlier in Chicago and they used AirItaly to operate this flight. I was traveling with a recent wrist fracture and I was lucky I had an empty seat next to me that allowed me to move my arm a lot to avoid swelling.

Cons: Our boarding was an hour and a half delayed

Cons: Dear Sir or Madam: My two colleagues and I bought our tickets from BWI to Geneva, via London Heathrow, through Kayak as I have many times in the past. However, the Kiwi.com travel agency did not flag that the ticket from BWI to London Heathrow allowed for one piece of checked luggage, but the ticket from London Heathrow onwards to Geneva did not allow for any checked luggage. Also astonishingly, we had to pass through Customs, reclaim our checked suitcases from the baggage carousel, and check in again through Customs to board the onward flight, both coming and going through London Heathrow. In addition to the extraordinary inconvenience that we could neither transit at London Heathrow to our connecting flight without going through Customs twice and that we could not check our luggage through to our final destination, we also had to foot a higher baggage charge to allow for checking in our suitcases, now that we had arrived in London Heathrow only to discover this that our onward ticket did not cover one piece of checked luggage. Had we known that the seemingly better price posted by Kiwi.com on Kayak’s comparative offerings came at such a high price of inconvenience and additional expense for the luggage, we would have taken our business elsewhere. It was deceptive of Kiwi.com to engage in such practices, even if it disclosed these conditions in fine print (for no one would expect, nor have I ever seen previously in the hundreds of flights I have taken as a Million Miler on United), without flagging this. And similarly, it was irresponsible of Kayak.com to allow this “apples with oranges” comparison on its website. I’m making three more international trips in December, but I’m inclined not to use either Kayak.com and most certainly not Kiwi.com for future airline ticket purchases.

Cons: I paid extra for exit row seating, but what they didn't tell me was that the flight attendant seat was facing ours, so much for leg room. The actual placement of the seats were aisle row and middle row-so neither of us had a window to look out of or wall to lean against, no overhead lighting or air vent either. Can you say "rip-off?" Pros: It was a non-stop flight from {Paris to Fort Lauderdale and it was not expensive. The plane was new and the crew were fine.

Cons: I went online and paid for my seat upgrade and also for my luggage...fair enough for a cheap flight. NOWHERE ONLINE WAS I WARNED THAT YOU HAD TO PREPAY FOR FOOD. I arrived on board and they are reaching over me to serve others their hot meals. Not even a glass of water. I tried to order from their canteen and the food was sold out after a few hours... "Sorry Sir, limited stock" what?? It's a ten hour flight and you bring limited stock? This is the national carrier from Norway, supposedly one of the best countries in the world for quality of life???

Good 7.3

Pros: Seats have so little legroom to begin with, but when the seat in front of you leans back, then there is no face/body room either, very clostrophobic, couldn't even reach my purse under the seat, and I am not an overly tall or wide person. Reclining seats should be eliminated to give all a fairer amount of such little space.

Cons: Already paying so much for tickets, being charged so much extra for a seat reservation, a "meal" of sorts, all beverages and snacks, a piece of luggage, where is there any good will in treating travelers with hospitality that makes them want to travel more instead to avoid it at all costs.

Cons: After 2 hour delay, the flight was cancelled. NO ONE helped to find another flight. After waiting in line for 2 hours, the ticket agent handed me a card and said I had to call the 800 number. The person on the phone said I had to talk to ticket agent to go standby on a flight to Munich and the ticket agent told me I had to call. I was caught in a loop and no one helped. Then when it became apparent I wasn't getting out that night I was informed that there were no hotel vouchers and I would have to find my own hotel! After searching for an hour for a hotel (all were sold out in Boston) I called a friend who lives outside of Boston. No one gave me a taxi voucher because it was not to a hotel.

Pros: Very cheap flight

Cons: No in-flight food, just water. Plane was very small. I’m almost 7 ft tall and asked if I could swap for an exit row, no dice. So I felt like a human-accordion between two rows of seat for the entire flight. I got what I paid for. Cheap airfare= discomfort.

Mediocre 3.3

Cons: Had no idea we had not payed to check a bag. Could have paid online prior to boarding for 30 pounds, but because we did not know, had to pay 65 pounds in order to check a bag at the airport. I am extremely dissatisfied with this flight and with British airways in general. I wish I would have known about the baggage and I could have saved myself a LOT of money. British airway crew were rude and unhelpful. I will not be flying with them again.

Pros: I’m usually easy to please but there wasn’t much to say that’s positive. Maybe the staff was helpful?

Cons: Air was out in coach so everyone was sweating in a sauna, while first class was cold and didn’t want the air any higher, major problem, needed to sleep but could get 15 min in. Worst flight I’ve ever been on, never been that uncomfortable in the air before

Prices are per person and are for e–tickets and include all taxes & fees in USD.

We attempt to get accurate prices, however, prices are not guaranteed.

Here's why:

We’re not the seller.
At KAYAK we don’t set the prices, so it’s not possible for us to guarantee what other companies are selling.

We compile tonnes of data for you
Our service lets you quickly and easily compare results from hundreds of travel sites at once. In this sense, KAYAK is a search engine and we can't guarantee prices we find.

Why aren’t prices accurate 100% of the time?
Prices on airline seats, hotel rooms and car rentals can change frequently. Several people may also be trying to buy the same travel option simultaneously. As a result, you may find, on occasion, that certain prices are no longer available.

If you have more questions or if you have a bad price to report to us,
please send us an and someone from our team will get back to you promptly.

Fares are subject to change and may not be available on all flights or dates of travel. Some carriers charge additional fees for extra checked bags. Please check the carriers' sites.
