Cons: "Schedule issues, rerouted thru LA, very very painful travel, multiple security checks for an issue from the airline schedule. Airline doesn’t give reroute options. Two bags opened and missing personal items. Very frustrating travel. Kids meal choices missing on rerouted flights. I can go on..."

Cons: "Make water available at Heathrow 5 (2drinking fountains for thousands) and no water or any drink on the plane."
