Pretty average experience. Did not like that first checked luggage was charged for an international flight.
Food was by far the worst of any airline I’ve flown. It was unreal....the smell...wow.
I couldn't watch movies so I asked flight attendant she said " watch next screen ". But there was someone sitting! How can I do that!!! They didn't say sorry

Sf to Mexico was fine
Lost my immigration form and missed my flight. Airline told me to talk to my booking agent. I spent time talking to justfly and it took them a long time to tell me they couldn’t do anything and I’m stuck in Mexico for a day.

I had to change my return ticket early because of an emergency and Air Canada charged me $481.00 whenI only paid $371.00 fora round trip. How is that possible?
Where do i start? It’s a short flight to be sure but air canada planes never feel like many Other airlines’ mini planes or puddle jumpers. they seem new, spacious, seat back Entertainemnt, just great. Also, there is no scrimping on Service. How many Delta or united or American flights have i taken on this route only to be told “coffee or water” and sometimes no coffee “the flight is too short”. Nonsense! Granted I was in business, but I had a full hot breakfast served and a full array of beverages offered. It AC can do it, everyone can. The flight attendant was lovely.

Compared to the flight going the other way, this one was much more comfortable. I didn't have someone's seat back in my face the whole time, and was able to enjoy games on my own device. I like that both USB and normal power options were available, so I was able to play games and charge my phone so I could use it after landing. The food was passable as well, which was surprising.
It's unavoidable when flying between multi-lingual locations, but having movies and stuff pause three times for each announcement gets annoying. The rolls served with the meals were very dry. These are small nits, and the flight was generally enjoyable.
They rebook ed me thru LAX.
Timely and leg room ok.
I’d rather have the option to buy good food than to get prepaid substandard food. No entertainment system available but these days everybody brings their own tablet anyway. Crew was polite and professional.
My flight to Lima was delayed therefore I would miss the connecting flight to LAX. I learned of the delay by overhearing a conversation the employee was having with another passenger. No announcement was made, no options were presented to help the passengers with connection find a solution until we started demanding a solution. This ordeal started at 9pm and we did not make it out of the airport till 1:50am to a hotel for a 6am pickup back to the airport to start the process all over again.
Personnel were helpful (attractive!)
Seats! Outrageously cramped...As a Pilot, I know for a FACT they are not FAA/ICAO safety compliant ...no way!
Normally, getting on a plane in Colombia is an absolute nightmare. People pushing, standing right next to you, when you get on the plane all the old women who do not know how to read always walk to the back of the plane when they're supposed to be sitting in seat 7? Been there? Seen that? Yes ! Seen it a million times. What makes this particular flight so unbelievable, and maybe it was just a training day because there was a lot of airline personnel at the check in kiosk, but I have never processed on to a flight in Columbia, given up my baggage, and be walking to the gate so fast in my life! I truly hope this is something that will become standard, and I pray to God that the other airlines especially Viva will learn how to do!
Overall very good, good crew... minus point.. seats SO tiny, it makes Asian airline economy seats feel like 1st class!
