Most uncomfortable seats I've experienced. They charge for EVERYTHING, even water. They actively sell Duty Free several times.

I will not ever fly Wow again. I paid more than my friends did to get to Europe and they got meals and drinks as well as free baggage.
We of course liked the cost and convenience of the Pittsburgh location.
When we missed our flight out of Paris due to a long wait at passport control, WOW customer service would not work with us. We did not ask for refunds or even hotel reimbursement we simply asked to be booked on the next days flight to Pittsburgh and WOW refused making us purchase new tickets for over $1000.

Food was fair, and the boarding process involved multiple checks by the same people, of the same documents. Seems redundant, and there are probably more productive ways to check. Seats very uncomfortable for such a new plane. Ugh, can’t wait to get off. Movie selection mediocre.

Bumpy ride. Design of aircraft had all the restrooms clustered in the same spot leading to long queues forming. Headsets were of poor quality, couldn't hear the movie dialogue well at all.
