Friendly cabin staff.
Not being able to select seat when I bought the ticket is a bummer. Also, TV controls did not work well. These need be replaced ASAP.

I liked the professionalism each staff displayed at every interaction, and the genuine friendly demeanor as well. Staff appeared to truly like being service providers. From the very beginning of the flight when I was delayed in getting on board due to my poor orientation in the early morning staff was very courteous
There is nothing I have to report negatively. I flew for a 32 hour period from Windhoek to Ft. Lauderdale and arrived feeling refreshed. As we say in Kentucky. I was "fat and happy."
