The last two times we connected in Amsterdam to Humberside our luggage was delayed. This time it wasn’t. The simple things give the greatest satisfaction
Excellent experience with the cabin crew.
Seats on the 777 were too narrow. This 777 had a 3-4-3 seating arraignment, it would have been better with a 3-3-3, similar to a 787 configuration. With the current layout, even with an aisle seat, I was sitting in the aisle. And I am not a large person! The flight was full, so use the 787 and two daily non-stops. For a twelve hour flight, the food was only Okay, could have been better and with a better selection. Meal timing was poor.
The flight was great.
787 is a great airplane. The 3-3-3 seat configuration leaves enough seat width to be just comfortable in coach.
My bagage broke
I paid extra fee for extra bagage which was tv and i paid insurance my tv broke and no one responces for it
The crew was very friendly and helpful. The boarding process was fast and efficient. The crew was very fast in their response time especially when food was ordered. The entertainment was probably my favorite part of the ride because it helped pass the time.

Baggage handling on the way back was rough. Wrecked my new suitcase.
There was a medical situation on board. The crew kept us informed as to why we were delayed and updated us on the situation and when we would be leaving. A dispute between two passengers was solved by the steward wisely moving one of the parties involved.
Water should be available free of charge on all flights longer than two hours.
They lost my luggage.
We have been on 6 flights over the last 8 days, all with Delta and we have already started telling people how wonderful the service was. Sherry on this last flight was amazing, working so hard all by herself as our flight attendant. We were very impressed. And the pilots all came out to say goodbye and thank you. All very nice...esp for me who needed some wheelchair assistance. We will certainly fly with you again in the future.
Smaller plane but ok for short flight
Flight was on time, crew was friendly, plane was clean, and boarding was painless and efficient. Food was served which was a huge plus. I appreciate having a choice of almonds for a snack.

Virgin Atlantic continues to give great service. Their lounges are way above all other airline lounges. It is difficult to get well prepared and fresh fish in lounges, but Virgin Atlantic knows how to do it.
We were inmiddle seats -not our preference. We were told in Dublin that we had different seats to the ones we ended up in. Food was excellent, crew were very nice. Loved the "make a wish" event on this flight - a definite plus for Virgin.
My flight was cancelled due to technical problems! Hope to be on another flight today as I missed my connecting flights too!!
Having had bad experiences with Aer Lingus before, I was hesitant to book with Aer Lingus again. But sadly, I was booking this flight last minute and had no other option. The route was Dublin to Calgary, via Toronto. I left myself plenty of time im Toronto to clear customs as I know it can take a while. The day of, the flight ended up being 1.5 hours longer than usual due to headwinds, leaving me with only 2.5 hours in Toronto. I ended up waiting 2 hours and 15 minutes for my bag and missing my connecting flight (my sister who was also on the same flight received hers in 30 mins and made the flight). Westjet was wonderful and put me on a later flight but Aer Lingus didn't have any assistance for me.
Aer Lingus lost my sister's luggage going to Ireland and never contacted my sister once the luggage was found. She only received it the day we flew back to Calgary. Poor customer service when inquiring about the bag, no compensation for necessities purchased.

Could not check in on-line from Dublin on either Air canada or Aer Linguis websites. Time to sort out this long-standing problem
Staff and service
I flew overnight from Toronto, Canada to Dublin and had a relatively pleasant experience. The food and drink trolleys came by quite quickly and frequently, and the food exceeded my expectations. The crew was friendly, for the most part. Boarding certainly could've been smoother... But overall, I'd fly Aer Lingus again for an overseas trip.

Great pilots and crew.
Flight out was delayed by four and a half hours, missed connection was a pain. Was not aware that Lufthansa changed their policy. To reserve seats you have to pay hundreds of dollars, which was not made clear while booking. Further the quality of their food was significantly degraded.

I was afraid that the flight would not be good because it was very efficient in price. I was stuck in Europe because another carrier had dropped me and my companions. I tried Condor and was very pleased.
I fly all over the world but look for flight tomEurope quite often. I would love to use Condor in the future but have noticed that they have few flights across the Atlantic.

This specific aircraft was really nice n spacious.legroom was perfect. Seat was enough big to sit in good position and thats the main reason i m giving four star just because of aircraft.
Two things i didnt like.i think there should be entertainment screen i front of every seat and themost important thing is mobile charging usb facility for every seat.

The flight itself was very enjoyable. The only negative aspect was that the first leg of the flight was delayed long enough that I almost missed my connecting flight and my baggage was lost.
The real reason for the negative review is a combination of the cost of this flight, loss of my baggage and poor service after the flight. I paid nearly $4,500 for an economy ticket from New York to New Delhi. The first leg of the flight, from New York to Zurich was delayed long enough that I made my connecting flight to Delhi within seconds of them closing the gate and as a result my baggage was lost. Once I got to Delhi I had to take a connecting flight to Goa and then drive an hour to my destination, where I was attending a good friend's wedding. All of my baggage was lost during transit by the airline, and unfortunately they never delivered by baggage to my hotel...so I was without formal clothes and normal clothes for the wedding for 4 days. The customer service line was no help, and the airline refused to deliver the baggage to me...the closest they would bring it was the Goa airport which was an hour and a half away.

Entertainment screen didn't work properly to rewind & fast forward. boarding time was printed as 1 hour prior to takeoff but occurred 20 min. prior. pleasant crew and decent food.
I got up to use the bathroom and I was seated in the 10th row. When I was trying to make my way back to my seat, the beverage service had started. They were at the 12th row and after bumping into me, the flight attendant asked me to back up and wait until the beverage service was over to go back to my seat. This was a flight from Frankfurt to Zurich, only about an hour long, and I would have easily spent half of it standing up had I complied with their request. I had to be pushy and ask them to just back up the cart 2 feet so I could get to my seat, which only took them 5 seconds. This was a very rude, illogical, and unreasonable request from the Swiss Air crew.
I fell asleep during the meal service and there was not a vegetarian option left over but the crew was SUPER and brought me some other snacks and made my day. Thanks!

It was easy boarding. The flight crew had been been late due to a bad taxi driver. We still arrived on time!
Crew members were very friendly, plane was clean, seats were comfortable, and flight was much quicker than what I thought it was going to be. Boarding was a tiny bit unorganized, but overall flight was great.
Boarding was a bit disorganized. I had brought my carry-on but the lady at the counter said I had to check it with baggage (which ended up getting delayed once we landed for an additional 15 minutes)
First, we went to check-in to get our boarding passes, onlyfor the woman at the counter to tell us we were on Stand-By... for the flight we bought VERY expensive tickets for a YEAR in advance, because they overbooked the flight (100% the AIRLINES fault). Then after some panic time had passed, the same woman told us she was able to get us on the flight, like she'd done us some massive favor, but that we would not be able to sit together. (We are a husband and wife that were on our honeymoon). Then, once we are finally on this flight, cramped near all these strangers, we both go to find some solace in the on-board entertainment, only to find out, they only offered TWO movies free of charge. Two movies for a 10 hour flight. Seriously??? Then, we were served some on board meals, due to the duration of the flight. The food gave me food poisoning. This was by far the WORST flight experience of my life. We will NEVER be flying air Condor again. Nor, will I be referring this company to anyone.
The boarding process was beyond terrible. Enough that I will never fly with Condor again.
This flight was a little more challenging. The flight was delayed by 3 hours. I do appreciate thought that the Condor airline made the necessary arrangements to ensure their passengers can make the connection to their final destination even though we landed past the time we were to make our next connection. They too care of making sure to secure another flight for the passengers who missed their first connection. Great job. I made it back home the same day.

Either El Al Airlines or Condor lost my bag:-( The boarding process was really weird and slow. It would have been nice to have identified the gate earlier.
There were only two movies for free. You have to pay for all others.

Iceland air have a good product. They fly 757 and 767s that are clean and well maintained. Staff is very helpful, I changed over a flight during the layover in KEF and it was flawless, I got my checked bag as promised in CPH which was quite well done. So, they went out of their way to accommodate me. KEF does great with passport control and the lounge there is very nice.
KEF is a busy airport, always at capacity for travelers. Depending on the season it is hard to find a seat at the airport let alone the gate. During summer it is hard to even walk thru the airport. Depending on your abilities, give yourself time to get to the gate.

That I had to PAY for water to drink that was not tap water No room for my carry-on in overhead bins...took some arranging.
The staff were professional. Boarding was orderly. The flight was smooth. The lavatories were clean.
As a tall man, even with an entire row to myself, it was impossible to be comfortable. I had to fold myself like origami to fit. My head and neck was pitched forward, even with the seat back reclined. You got me, next time I’ll spring for business class.

I liked that there was a smaller airplane on LED - HEL route: it gives more "feeling of flying" than the bigger planes do.
I didn't like the fact that it was not indicated in advance (when the tickets are sold) that LED - HEL route is operated by a different airline, even though that airline is a Finnair's partner. It would have been better to have a complete information up front. But the airplane and crew were excellent.
The flight did eventually take off, unlike a few others leaving around the same time.
We were delayed several hours and were never told why. Mostly there were no Aeroflot staff at the gate to ask. When there was, they said they couldn't help us because our flight was a codeshare with FinnAir. At the last minute they switched gates, sending us all scurrying.

Service was great, food provided on our international flight was delicious and more than plenty. Beverages were tasty, the check-in and boarding process was very smooth and well organized. My wife and I definitely had a great experience.

My first and last flight on the CRJ 9. It's much less comfortable than a prop plane, for a 90 minute+ flight.
Our seats was almost the last seat of all our flights, even we checked in very early.
The business class seat was extremely comfortable.
The touch-screen was very difficult to navigate. It didn't respond very well when touched.
Seats small and uncomfortable. My seat did not recline for 8 1/2-9 hours (middle seat-even after told it was a good seat). My sons entertainment screen did not work for the last 3 1/2 hours. The stewardess’ didn’t even respond to the call light and after myself and sister walked back there, nothing was done. Stewardess’ sat and talked in the back and never walked around. When the finally brought drinks, never even asked why the light was on. They also were extremely unfriendly because our incoming flight from Malaga was late . All 4 pieces of luggage missed the flight and in NYC we had to ask for robes to sleep in and tooth brushes. we felt horrible flying the next day. Three pieces of luggage came 2 days later that we had to go back to airport to get. The fourth was delivered one week later with only 3 wheels!

My touch screen froze at the beginning and I couldn't use it at all for the entire flight. Then I tried to use the headphones, but they crackled so loud in my ear and didn't work either.
