Cons: "It’s disappointing AA doesn’t recognize Veterans’s along with active duty during group 1 boarding. Some of us have served over 20 years and participated multiple wars. It would be a nice gesture."
Pros: "The flight attendant say right in front of us, she was very personable, and you could tell that she cared for the safety of each passenger. She made sure everyone followed the flying protocol, but she was nice about her delivery in making sure everyone followed the rules."

Cons: "I have an injury so I paid extra for 'extra leg room" but there's a wall between economy and business class so very little legroom. My leg was hurting a lot and the flight attendants had to find me a different seat because I could not stay there for 5 hours. I wouldn't have paid extra for this seat."
Cons: "The booking process. Went through a third party (ka$@k) and at the last minute was transferred to a cheap aggregator I had never heard of. Needless to say customer service was a joke. Plain fraud."
