Cons: "Boarding from DTW to LAX, we had to stand for a long time on the jetway and it was really cold. It was the holding place after they checked my ticket. Otherwise, it was a great experience flying Delta."

Cons: "Delta is flying a lot of commuter planes, which are pretty cramped. We usually fly first class, and the seating is essentially the same as what coach used to be. There's nothing "first class" about it. And of course, the flight was hours late."

Cons: "I didn’t use many of the services since I slept for most of my flight. While I did enjoy the WiFi, it was kind of spotty throughout the flight. Some of my texts did not go through. On another note, this box forced me to type a negative response and would not let me go on to the next question until I submitted something. Additionally, it forced me to type over 50 words. This should probably be fixed for future use."

Cons: "Call center tried moving us to later flight that was also delayed by 3 hrs despite telling us it was on time. Fortunately a gate agent moved us back to orig flight"

Pros: "Flight attendants were very helpful and gave us free headphones and adjusted our seats so we could sit together as a family. There were no delays to ATL just 48 hours after the power outage the regular scheduled flight schedule had resumed. Great Flight, Great Crew!"

Cons: "Flight left late. When we landed the sky bridge was broken so we had to walk outside, which isn't a big deal but it took a while sitting on the runway for the stairs to come. Then we proceeded to baggage claim and waited a few minutes and one of our 2 bags was there. The crew member then said "that's everything. If you're missing bags come see us." Well about 5 people on a small flight had to see them. My bag was stuck in JFK. I was told id have to come back to the airport tomorrow. At this point id been traveling for close to 24 hours. Im not a happy camper. I usually fly JetBlue and this has never happened with them. Delta acted like its a normal thing with them. I paid 25 dollars to check each bag. How can both my bags not reach their final destination together and how come this seems like a normal procedure for Delta. I paid you for a service and now I have to drive back to the airport or wait for you at home to deliver my bags whenever Delta feels like it. I probably won't fly Delta again unless I absolutely have to."

Pros: "There were only two lines. The economy line took so long because there were many passengers checking in their fish catch boxes. So those of us with only one baggage were lumped with them. There was no option to tag your own bag if you alr day checked in, as it was the same checking and bag drop line."
Cons: "If we were standing in line for a long time, I hope they can increase the number of counters. They can also dispense with the nonsense chitchat. It's not needed, just move it along. The roving staff should to remind those next in line to prepare their documents, it seems the lady at the counter had to ask for photo ID every time!"

Cons: "I can appreciate the stress on everybody's mind but this was the worst time i had flying. Short story, 10am thursday-7pm friday. Less short story, 4 airlines, 3 security screenings and 2 customs stop points.7 delays, 2 cancels and 1 miss. It was a ping pong nightmare and 2 times it was suggested i take a bus...after i spent the money on a plane ticket with no offer of compensation, food vouchers or hotel accommodation. Delta has to convince me to come back to them."

Pros: "Entertainment options were great with many new movies available for no additional cost."
Cons: "The flight was delayed by over two hours. We were scheduled to arrive in Detroit around 10 pm which was already on the later end of our comfort zone. By the time we landed in Detroit, claimed out bags and made the 1.25 hour drive home it was after 1:00 AM. This was not a pleasant end to our trip."

Cons: "I left my wallet on this flight. It was extremely frustrating that I was unable to speak to a live person to find out if the wallet had been recovered. I filled out the form online and now have to wait 2 to 3 weeks!"
