Cons: "I got two basic economy seats and no seat assignment until after other passengers had already started boarding. The gate agent showed up late so it was a hassle to get to the counter and find out where I was sitting. Then there was a long backup on the gang way, and we still couldn't get on the plane. We were delayed sitting on the tarmac for an extra hour, the crew could have given us drinks or snacks then."

Cons: "Our section of the plane was very warm. When we mentioned it to one of the attendants, she pointed to the overhead vents and told us to use them. (We already knew this and had them open all the way!) Then the chief flight attendant came by and she was VERY responsive and went to tell the pilots. It got a little better but still stayed on the warm side the rest of the way. Your boarding process makes no sense and does nothing to get passengers settled faster. After priority seating is done, let the people in the BACK of the plane board first, then the middle section passengers, then the Eco Plus passengers."

Pros: "The plane itself was very clean! We really enjoyed having the tv's. boarding and replaning, was very fast so it was nice!"
Cons: "Sadly, the crew seemed miserable. Nobody smiled. Especially the male flight attendant. We felt more like a burden than a guest. Sorry, but it was true. I believe it was our first time flying united. No snacks on the flight, just drinks, that's ok though."

Cons: "A snack basket for first class? I understand it's a red eye, but I believe a better effort is needed on the food end. A hot towel would've been nice after a long red eye as well."

Cons: "On the flight from Houston to Panama city we experienced United's personal entertainment where you could use your iPad to watch movies. The Carmel/waffle treat was amazing and they offered a full can of soda. On the reverse flight, this flight that I'm reviewing, none of these amenities were offered. Additionally the temperature cycle between ice cold and quite uncomfortably warm."

Cons: "I hadn't understood that the seating was 2-2-2 in Business. I was happy that the seat next to me was empty, but would not have liked it if it had been occupied. I wonder if they've done this to preserve some benefit for Furst Ckass passengers. I'd rather fly BA or Air Canada in business fir this reason."
