Very bad organization Changed seats for everybody and no priority to board
crew members were nice.
They switched someone into my seat and didn't give me a new seat. It was very hot in the airplane making it very uncomfortable. They also forgot to take my tray before landing and I had to hold it in my lap.
Airline personnel were not helpful and seemed annoyed when asked questions about a very tight connection I was trying to make in Madrid. They brushed off my questions with one word answers and then it turned out that we were 10 minutes late arriving and I missed my connection. The customer service people who were supposed to re-book me, actually tried to blame me for missing the connection! Overall, not a great experience -- very inefficient process with no one at the airline taking responsibility. Won't fly again if I have the choice.
the employees at the airport were rude (flight attendants were great) & the airline changed our gate twice in the 20 minutes before the flight. everyone on the connection in from London had to run to the new gate, only to have to wait in line for a bus. completely ridiculous.
I got to my destination on time/no mishaps. Kudos to the flying crew for a job well done.
Too longer walk to connecting flight under time crunch. No entertainment . No much room,all squashed together. No snack (free/as part of ticket) on second flight.
