Entertainment was awful due to very old screens and a central streaming system that would not allow me to watch the movies I want when I want them. The food was not tasty at all and they served really hard and frozen ice cream as snack which was an awful choice considering how cold the plane was.
Plenty of entertainment.
It’s just a long flight there’s no way to change that.
They had the wrong flight times which made my connection impossible so they had to book a later flight for my wife and I, Did not get the seats we paid for and initially did not have us even sitting together until we insisted.
Frankfurt was rebooked by AA to PHL connecting to LGA. LGA leg was cancelled. They wanted us to take a flight to LGA the next day. We got ticketed to DCA connecting to LGA same day. Finally arrived home after 18 hours of travel. NOT HAPPY. We don't blame AA for weather cancellation but it was not an easy trip home.
if flight was on time weather would not have been a factor. They would not pay for hotel room. Flight was delayed due to AA issues.

Boarding takes longer on BA than any other airline I've flown on. Breakfast was awful. Cream cheese on a white roll tastes like paste. You'll really could be doing better than this.
The plane took off and landed on time Good with giving water with regularity.
The Plane was so cold I needed to wear a sweater, scarf, down jacket and a blanket, compared to only having to wear a button up long sleeve shirt for the flight to germany. When i would get up to go to the bathroom I could see a large portion of the passengers wearing winter coats, hats, scarves, and hoods to keep warm. The temperature was never addressed during the flight. The flight crew with one exception could not have been in a worse mood. For example whenever they needed to tell people what the choices for drinks are they gave a big sigh and rolled their eyes. it seemed as if they had been working for 36 hours without a break and they had to smell trash the whole time. I am very unhappy with the way american airlines handled the british airways scheduled flight and i will make sure to not book with them again.
Thanks for many up to date movie choices to watch. Crew worked hard to keep the toddlers in front of me happy. (and they were really good with them!)
Dislike posting of gate assignments in Edinburgh and London so late. Means I have to hightail it across the terminals, every time. Dislike the gate change posting late. Had to hear about it from a passenger, no announcement was made. My chicken and potatoes lunch had potatoes as the side dish. Looked like the caterer had leftover potatoes to use! No real vegetables. 2 bites of spinach. Red wine was offered they had no white wine. No choice of sodas...

Headset jack only worked if the headset plug was in EXACTLY the right spot.
Pleasant flight
Boarding was delayed a little due to weather as was takeoff. Cant blame them for weather but the connection was very tight.
The food service was good and the flight attendants were friendly.
The plane was very uncomfortable. The seats were small, you felt on top of the person next to you, and there was no leg room. I am a pretty small person- I can't image how uncomfortable all of the taller passengers must have been.

The plane showed wear and tear. We paid for delta+ premium economy and an exit row. The seating map online was misleading and we ended up next to the bathroom. The exit row food tray was broken and was hard to even sit a good tray on. The emergency exit door isn’t well insulated and we were absolutely freezing cold the entire flight. The seats were hard and uncomfortable. The food was not good for international travel. Overall I was very disappointed in this flight. I travel the world and on long hauls the planes need to be cleaned well and seats in working order.

Archiac entertainment system. The plane has not been upgraded for what seems like at least a couple of decades.
We waited at the gate in Frankfurt once the plane was loaded for 40 minutes for the aircraft to get pushed back from the jetway . Waited another 25 minutes in Dallas for an operator to place the jetway to the aircraft. One of the stewardess we had was really rude.

Everything was new, lots of leg room, everyone was nice
The grill cheese didn't taste like grill cheese. It wasn't filling. Grill cheese, never again.

Had to wait around while waiting forever to learn about gate. Were told that gat would be revealed 45 min before flight. It came about 20minutes before. It was a little harrowing.

Plane was lightly booked so plenty of room to sit and storage space.
Plane left FRA 25 min late and occured more delay during flight. Came into DFW with 50 min delay and had to go through TSA again for connecting flight - why? So missed the connecting flight to LAX and had to get rebooked.

Delta assigns seats at boarding, miss when you could pick which seats you sit in. I bought my sisters ticket, hoping we would then be able to sit together but we both ended up in the middle in different rows.
They were comprehensive and tried to move fast

Tv's weRE outdated and tiny. Movie choices were.minimal and most didn't work. You could pause the show or start a show when you wanted, you had to wait until the next showing which was oddd.

I paid €60 extra to sit in the emergency door seat to get more leg room but once.i was in the plane learned for more leg room I accepted a smaller seat next to a bathroom and no entertainment. I could not store my belongings near me. No power outlet to charge my devices for my own entertainment on a 7 hour flight. Dealing with constant traffic for the bathroom. I sat in the middle seat between two hours other men. It was a constant struggle arm space. After 7hours in the air I could not wait to get off the plane. If I didn't actually pay an extra €60 for the seat I may not feel bad but I feel like I might have been better off without paying for the "upgrade"
The staff are the best European crews I have encountered. Naturally friendly, professional and fit looking. Nothing is too much trouble
