Cons: "When will airlines end cramming in as many sardines/passengers in the plane? The seating for me (6"1") was too close to the seat in front. Luckily, the passenger in front of me did not recline."

Cons: "Our flight from Dublin was delayed 2-1/2 hours. So we missed our connecting flight to SJC. Instead of flying back at 5:15 PM we flew back at 8:13 PM. But that flight didn’t leave until 9:00 PM. They rerouted us to fly into SFO which is about 1-1/2 hours further than SJC from our house. Not good!"

Cons: "Your booking does not automatically reserve our 2 seats together so I find out at the last minute and have to pay for an upgrade to fix it. Not thrilled! Plus I booked with BA for a reason so it would be nice to know at booking that they will contract with AA."

Cons: "Attendant at gate insisted my daughter's carry-on bag get checked because he put it crooked into the sizer. When I adjusted it and showed him that it fit, he still insisted that we check it. Unpleasant way to start our trip."

Pros: "I miss the first leg of my flight and they cancelled my whole ticket and didn’t rebook me. This was an intentional flight. I paid $1500 for the ticket and even when another airline was going to fly me to catch the second leg they denied me. This was my worst experience, I have missed flights before and I get rebooked pay some fee but I still get to my destination. I missed an opportunity to pay last respect to my dad. I’m so very disappointed"

Cons: "The crew announced we would not receive beverage service without a reason. Also there was very little air coming from the vents, so not to receive a cold beverage on a hot airplane for a 72 minute flight (should've been 52 minutes; however we were delayed on tarmac) is not logical."

Pros: "We got delayed 2 hours, we got very early to the airport, went to the gate, all the sudden they change the gate number and didn't tell nobody, we got delayed 2 hours and they didn't say nothing. we had perfect weather in NY so I don't understand the delay. The crew members were not friendly, the airplane was so old, my daughter called "the dinosaur" is the airplanes from the 70"s . This was my first time flying with this airline and I don't think Ill do it again. We were going to a wedding in Madrid and we miss it for the delayed."

Cons: "As will sometimes happen, aircraft was delayed over and over again. After an announcement that a new aircraft "might"arrive but we may have to fly the next day, I had my travel agent book a flight with Southwest. Only reason ever given was that there was an "odor" on the aircraft....awesome. I know aircraft issues happen, but the communication was horrible."

Cons: "I had an instant panic attack when our flight was delayed because a box cutter was found under a seat on the flight that just arrived. I get honesty, but I was seriously reconsidering getting on the plane, because what if they missed something? I was working out in my head what would happen to our pets if we died on this flight, because we don't have a will yet."

Cons: "Lost my luggage. Very difficult to get information and long process to give my info on where I was staying. Was told it was on the next flight and should be arriving by 1-2:00pm depending who you talked to. I was told they don't start delivering lost luggage until 5:00pm. At 6:00pm I call for an update. No update available other than its on it's way. I called again at 8:00pm, 9:00pm 10:30pm & 11:15pm. Still no update was given. At around 12:30pm AFTER I WENT TO SLEEP, someone come to my hotel room to drop off my luggage. I had an important meeting for early the following morning and if my bag did not arrive, I had no business clothes for the meeting. I could have bought some new cloths but since I was TOLD my cloths would be arriving by 1-2:00pm and be delivered by early evening, I thought that not necessary. I believe I was told that so BA"

Cons: "I was supposed to make the trip from BNA to CHS at 2:30, we were delayed over 1.5 hours, making me miss this flight by 5 mins. Then I was put on 10pm flight which was cancelled! They couldn't get me to HHH until 6pm the following day. I would have missed my entire conference. The closest they could get me was a 10pm flight to charleston, then I had to rent (AND PAY FOR) a car and drive 2 hours to HHH in the middle of the night. The customer service people were less than helpful. They aren't allowed to help you make car reservation. My flight on the way back from HHH to BNA was a similar story. Thankfully my connecting flight was delayed an hour or there was no way I would have made it."

Cons: "De Havilland Dash-8's can be a bit noisy, and they seem to be the only planes they fly into Hilton Head. However, that isn't to say you're unable to get sleep on them, because my partner and I both slept the entire flight- the vibrations are only slightly disconcerting. Departure was about 15 minutes late out of Charlotte."

Cons: "The flight never happened. Our outgoing flight from HHI to Charlotte was delayed until it was eventually canceled with no reason given and we were rerouted through Savannah, an hour away with no notification and so the return flight had to be changed too because our car was in Savannah"

Cons: "I didn't like how there was no communication from the airline that the flight was canceled and that we customers and employees at the Fresno airport. We should have received notification as soon as the flight was canceled so we don't have to spend all day at the airport thinking it's just a delay."

Once they arrived they got things moving but passengers were already flustered and the airline stewards also seemed flustered, their attempts and multiple announcements to move people faster did not help and actually made things move slower..."
