Breakfast was quite good, rest of the food was maximum average like on the other Delta flights I flew on this travel.
The seats in business class are horrible in flat bed mode. The crew did not pay much attention, was quite bored, not well organized, service was less than average. They forgot the coffee for breakfast although they had only to care for 8 people.

Poor entertainment - food not very good. Didn’t look as though there was concern regarding recycling plastics and metal. We should all be aware of the importance, especially in the airline industry who handle so much recyclable materials.
The flight attendants, the service,, the movies, the food, the flight were great, the pilot was very smooth, the plane was very clean
The boarding took forever, including because my wife was picked for extra security search... for an american citizen who lives in miami ?... Inside the plane during the whole flight was freezing Paying for suitcases and changing or selecting seats??? .. really?

There was a delay from Charlotte to Dallas but not too much so it was fine. Once we arrived in Dallas, however, it took an absorbent amount of time for the crew to open the door. On top of that, the skyline in Dallas was broken down and it caused me to miss my flight completely. I’m a student so I don’t have much money so I had to “sleep” in the airport because I couldn’t get a hotel voucher due to the fact that I missed my flight due to the airport and not the airline itself. My next flight is tomorrow morning but now takes away time from an incredibly busy and tight schedule that I was on. Not happy at all with the Dallas airport.
Actually pushed back from gate on time in Philadelphia. Took about 25 minutes from then til take off. Landed only a few minutes behind schedule. Crew was pleasant. Food was okay.
It was a Finnair flight but operated by American Airlines. I booked through Justfly.com and paid extra for what I thought were our seats. Don’t pay Justfly for seating choice as the operating airline can switch your seats. Online checkin was difficult as I tried Finnair first with no luck, then got somewhere with American. Seats were not very comfortable but I guess that’s what you get in economy.
