Entertainment was very diverse ;great
I can’t say enough about the Lufthansa staff- we ran to our gate because our connecting flight was late, and we were greeted by a warm and smiling face who said “It’s alright, don’t run, take your time, we’re waiting for you.” Onboard the crew was phenomenal- Every. Single. One. I have always felt as a burden to crew if I asked for extra water or an extra blanket- not on this flight, not with this crew. They came around multiple times per hour during an 8hr and 20min flight, offering various beverages and checking on everyone. I can’t thank them enough for how caring they were to everyone on board. The captain as well was very professional and had a kind spirit when he spoke. Best experience I’ve ever had- (and I travel multiple times per year!)

Long wait time to board, delay of approx 40 min without any update on what was happening. I believe however that is not the fault of Lufthansa crew but rather the SJJ airport staff. I also have one star for entertainment bc there is no option for “not applicable”- this airbus was not equipped with a television or other entertainment options as the flight length is merely an hour.
This flight was canceled. I’m late to my destination. I don’t travel often and this was a bad experience. I’m very disappointed. I’m not a complainer
Very easy to do on-line
My United Membership was not reflected in this trip
United staff worked with me to book a round-about itinerary on a different airline that got me to my destination within 8 hours of the original flight. Progress announcements were made at regular, predictable intervals.
My flight was cancelled an hour after scheduled takeoff due to mechanical issues. The plane was actually repaired, but the time it took to do so exceeded the flight crew's hours. I understand the practical implications, but in the moment it did feel maddeningly bureaucratic.
Nothing great, nothing bad. took off and landed on time.

delayed 2.5 hrs, stood in jetway for 15 mins while crew fixed seatbelt issue. snack was poor; limited options for soda, small pour & only pretzels as snack!

Was exceptionally impressed that the cabin crew made a cabin-wide announcement concerning a passenger with a peanut allergy. Other airlines could learn a lot in this department. Keep up the good work!

Free-for-all boarding was less than ideal. Boarding by seat rows as on Boston to Dublin flight would have been better.
