We were delayed coming out bc the plane needed de-icing... IN JACKSONVILLE, but they were unable to get manager approval for de-icing and then the truck was out of fuel. Finally, the pilot moved the plane into the sun (which should have happened much sooner). During the flight, the cabin temperature dropped to low 60s and everyone was freezing.
On time, no issues.
Efficient boarding and on time departure/arrival.
No complementary food. Old plane, no great entertainment options (should also have subtitles for hard of hearing).
The professionalism of the crew and the cleanliness was excellent!

Great light, great staff. They did not have any movies or music you could listen to, but everything else was fabulous.
The layover was too short we missed our connecting flight. How did Kayak even allow us to book such an itinerary. Staff with the airline was also rude! Never will I book with site ever again!Rude

I made the reservation without knowing that Americans airlines has a boarding number 9 where you are NOT allowed any carry on. Awful lesson. You are given the worst seat and you cannot store any thing in the overhead compartment. Or there make you pay $60..
