Bags were available when we got to carousel
It took longer than average for them to open doors once at gate. That’s probably why bags were available.
The flight from Toronto to Boston is extremely short, about an hour. I don’t feel as though I can rate the food since I didn’t buy any, it just doesn’t give me an option to not rate it. It was a completely full flight. It was as comfortable as can be. It’s a smaller plane so you feel everything but the captains were good flyers.
I’m not sure if this is something I can really complain about but I wish the flight attendants would’ve spoken a bit lower. For a plane where half of the people there had missed their connecting flight and were put on a 6:30 am flight, I don’t think we wanted to hear about their detailed personal lives.
I liked the entertainment. The crew was very attentive.
One of the meals wasn’t extremely desirable.
This was my first time flying Air Canada. Our flight was delayed by 4 hours because they had to deice the plane. Yes it was frustrating but I would much rather have a flight of upset passengers then risking our lives. The captains and the crew went out of their way to make sure that we were the most comfortable. They gave us food and drinks as we waited and were extremely patient. Upon arrival many passengers had missed their connecting flights, including myself. They put us on the next flight out and gave all passengers a hotel and meals for the night. I would definitely recommend Air Canada. The plane itself is also pretty spacious so don’t be afraid to fly economy.
Nothing really. They were great. I mean, definitely wished my flight wasn’t delayed. Although It wasn’t their fault that they needed to deice the plane, that’s something that should’ve been accounted for way before our flight was supposed to take off.
Around $700 air fair for round trip flight to Asia is a good deal.
The flights between Vancouver and Dallas are small and tight, very uncomfortable. Normal carry on csn not fit into overhead bins.
The crew are so courteous and helpful.
ANA great service, as always, outstanding work! The flight attendants so pleasant. American, Delta, or United can't pull off this kind of service.
The seat was nice
Service was extremely slow, it took almost two hours just to get offered a drink. There wasn't any offering after boarding and I had to ask just to get water. The food was quite bad, normally I would choose the Japanese meal, however, both the Japanese and International options were poor. The staff seemed unorganized and did not follow a set protocol.
Very nice, new plane. Clean bathrooms. Good amount of legroom. Polite staff. Easy check-in process. Kid-friendly. God entertainment system.
Limited entertainment options for kids.
Flight attendant didn't mention so well about drink service.

Staff was great
getting off the plane was very time consuming despite being already landed. Not entirely sure why but this was the first time getting off a plane took some time. im sure the staff was working hard but I’m unsure why it took some time.
Crew was nice
I hated my seat. Last row. Seat didn’t recline. Right next to the bathroom. That should not even be a row for passengers!
Delayed flights leading to incredibly tight connection times, staff inconsistent with messaging re the source of the delay, zero compassion for customers, offering $700-$1,400 to get off the plane when you charge $200 to change a flight 2 weeks in advance is especially galling! Will not fly with United again whenever there is a viable alternative to my destination.
