Exit seating with more leg room.
No power plugs in a 4h+ flight is not acceptable. That should be standard for every passengers. Unclean seats. General abrasiveness from some of the staff.
I find Air Canada is often delayed and this flight was no exception. We took off two hours later than our scheduled departure.
Delayed by two hours.
For the second time I traveled with Air Canada there was a delay and no plane in Toronto to make the connection. I will not be traveling with Air Canada ever again
Entertainment has old movies. I don’t pay less to fly rouge, and sometimes I may not have a choice. At least they should have the same movie content as the planes that provide movies outside of the rouge app.
Crew was fine.
Seats are so narrow you have to huddle to one side to avoid physical contact with large passengers seated next to you.
They are always on time and they are one of the few flights that include a meal in flight when traveling national.
On time , even early. Free drinks and snacks (peanuts).
I missed the flight because I was given the wrong door information. In additio to this the airline never called the figjt through the speakers. The worse was the cuatomer service. Will never fly Aeroméxico again
Boarding process. The Zone lines are formed a very long time before boarding really begins. Why?
