Vyama is blaming us for spelling our name wrong and claimes that it’s our fault this happened because everything is automated. There saying they don’t touch anything that we enter into the booking but somehow everything they claim we entered is now in all capital letters and the space between our first name and middle name is now gone and all run together. The coustomer service number gets you to someone in India. I have tried to get this addressed four times now at first they tried to place the responsibility on the airlines now us and they have hung up on me twice. Kayak has been worthless, they also just pass the responsibility on to someone else. We will never use them again ant I intend to make sure that this mess is put out in social media to hopefully keep others from having their travel plans ruined by their flawed system."

This then apparently meant that I was to be flagged for all subsequent flights. This meant that in Chicago, after going through two other security checks that day (Zurich and London) and completing customs, I had to engage in a full Homeland security check. This involved removing protective covers from my laptop and phone that were hard to get off (not meant to be taken off regularly) and a full body search that I did not have to do in London. After many hours of traveling, this was very a frustrating experience."

Instead, the bozo at the Admiral’s Club entrance in Terminal A A23 indicated that only Mexico City passengers were allowed into the Club even if as a GDL passenger I had a 1st class boarding pass. Poor and misguided management of the moment of truth on behalf of your employee with a 1 Million Miler customer. My experience recently with Delta and United has been with more open minded, customer centric and better trained airline staff. Disappointing and hope someone will read this and let me know that my note was heard. What is next?"

I accepted a voucher, but as the original flight kept getting delayed and I couldn't receive the voucher until the doors closed, I almost missed the flight I was rebooked on. If airlines would just communicate better (e.g., tell us there's a delay *before the departure time has passed*), people would be much more willing to deal with the hassle."

NO Emails, not calls, no messages, no voice mesagges left by the company! -called the client service, located in Philipine apparently, the lady confirms that all our flights were canceled (3), then she hangs off the phone. -called the second time, another lady is rebooking me on a different flight, but she informs me that my husband is not on the same reservation as me, so basically he is in another flight. Eventualy she is changing his reservation as well and puts him on the same flight as me. -waiting for the confirmation email, of course the reservation is just for me, no husband anywere. -called the third time, a nice canadian gentelman informs us that the second flights was canceled so he will redirect us via NJ instead of Washington. -we are rushing to the Richmond airport to catch the NY flight, at the counter they let us know that this flights was canceled and we are back on the DC flight. -when ready to board in the DC flight they are announcing the this flights is delayed from 1:30 pm to 7:30 pm due to weather conditions. -waiting in the line to be rebooked in another flight, after 3 h of waiting they decide they can fly to DC at 4:45 pm, with about 15 people on board."

Cons: "I didn't like that my flight got canceled and rebooked 3 different times. My final flight got delayed 8 times. I, a 22 young woman traveling alone, got stranded in Washington traveling from New York at 1am because of weather. United didn't give me money for a cab, couldn't help me with a hotel since they were all full and told me they wouldn't be refunding my pet deposit or help with my next flight out pet deposit. I wish I could give them less than 1 star overall. They didn't care about my well being or safety at all. Very disappointed United"

Cons: "Didn't realize I couldn't bring a rolling carry on, most of the flight had to check their bag at the gate. The steward was weird, he kept hitting on the guy in front of me, which isn't a big deal except he came by frequently and only serviced that one passenger."

Cons: "The flight was cancelled and we needed to return home for work the next day. It was the last flight out so we asked about a ground transportation voucher. The telephone agent told us to see the customer service rep at the terminal counter. After waiting inline for almost 45 minutes we asked an agent who was standing there about a voucher. She checked with a supervisor and said they would not provide them, we would have to wait to see an agent. Rather than miss the next bus to be delayed another 2 hours waiting for someone to tell us they wouldn't do anything for us, we left the line and purchased bus tickets. We had to pick up our luggage at the airport because we 'missed' our flight rather having it delivered. We understand flight cancelations but at no time during the process, especially at the airport, did we ever get the impression that anyone cared about us or what happened to us. We will avoid this airline."

Cons: "I barely caught this flight as my connection was an hour late. I wished I had time to grab some food or drink. I went all day without anything but two small glasses of water (1 per flight). My anger though resides in my cheap 250 ticket actually ended up costing over 450. Traveling by air is becoming only for the elite of society. Next time I fly, I will travel with an airline that costs are upfront."
Cons: "I am a 75 year old female and I did not hear the overhead page for early boarding, as I am a little slower to get on the plane and would appreciate the extra time to get into my seat. When I went to board the plane (zone 3), another passenger and his girlfriend wanted to sit together and refused to move out of my window seat, even after I told the gentleman I paid for that seat, including extra ($6) for the window seat. I felt I was bullied me out of my seat that I paid extra money for and because then another passenger in the other row yelled at me to "sit down" so I would not hold up the other passengers from sitting down in their seats. I was forced to take the seat the gentleman's girlfriend must have had in the middle of the two other passengers in the other row across from where I was scheduled to sit. I know I could have called the airline stewardess but felt pressured to stay where I was because of the other passenger I had to sit next to who had yelled at me earlier. I wish there was more of an attempt to let elderly passengers board first."

I was only able to drop off the bag when "last call" for my flight was announced. I arrived at 6:15am for an 8:35am flight and made it to the gate just in time for boarding. Unacceptable."

Cons: "I left for the airport 2 hours before my flight because it takes 30 minutes to get there. My flight was on-time when I left for the airport. When I got to the airport it was cancelled. WTH! No weather issues in either the from or to location so not sure why there was not more advanced notice. HORRIBLY handled by Frontier. This has happened too many times and I will NOT be flying Frontier again. Terrible planes and very, very unreliable."
Cons: "We were delayed because of mechanical /electrical problems. They allowed passengers to get off the plane. They finally admit they can't fix it. Now we have to wait while the people who got off get their bags again. Then we have to switch dates. Our flight was supposed to land at 7:19 it was after 11 o'clock p.m. my mother had the same experience on Frontier on Wednesday flying out to Denver. Frontier needs to get their act together it will be a long time before I book with them again."

Cons: "I was notified about our flight delay this morning - at least six hours before boarding. There was no explanation of why, which doesn't always happen, but odd that alternate arrangements couldn't be made during that time. When it came to the planned boarding time, there was no update. The city name was removed from the board and a new one added. Still no update. We started boarding about 20 minutes after the delayed *departure* time. Passengers from the next listed flight kept shuffling in line, based on the confusion of the destination update displayed. It was a mess. Saving money on flights was not worth this hassle. Beyond the flight itself, here are some other gems of the experience: *upon arriving at the airport, at least half of the kiosks weren't working. There were hundreds of people in line, and five counters staffed. *when we arrived on our previous flight, we were early! However, there was a plane at our gate...and it had mechanical problems. We sat on the runway for at least half an hour."

Frontier flight from Madison to Denver a week earlier was late to board. Time was made up in flight only to remain on tarmac for an hour and twenty minutes. It seems there is a shortage of staff. Was not informed of additional charges for carry on baggage."
Cons: "I don't like that they charge for everything. Seat assignment for two people traveling together, carry-on luggage and checked bags (note that checked is actually cheaper). They don't have gluten free food. In Madison, at a certain point there are no staff at the ticketing counter. They are at the gate and cannot help you."
Cons: "Don't mention a mechanical issue on a flight I just got off of, that's a little scary boarding the same plane. Tight, uncomfortable seats, no entertainment, only free water. Very poor, not the same Frontier I flew a few years ago."
Cons: "I was seated next to a lady with a dog. Why is a dog on the plane? She called it a service dog, not comfort dog. Had no identification collar stating either. I paid extra to sit closer to front of plane and this is what I get?? I have also have allergies so didn't appreciate being next to a dog. It sat on the ladies lap and looked at me with its tongue hanging out and panting while the lady slept the entire flight. Planes are full of germs already without adding the mess of a dog. Too many people are taking advantage of this whole comfort dog thing. New rules and regulations are needed. Snakes can get certified as comfort animals. What's to prevent someone from bringing such an animal for their comfort? When people board a plane it is expected that it will have human beings in it. Anything else should be known ahead of time. What about people allergic or afraid of animals. Please think of your paying customers first. My flight was $400. I should get better treatment than a $75 dog."

Pros: "We chose Frontier because it offered flights to and from our home airport at times that fit our schedule."
Cons: "I thought the price was competitive, but with all the extra charges, it certainly wasn't. When you check in you'll find that checked bags cost more than most other airlines. If you are bringing a carry on, that costs too. When you choose your seats, they cost extra. When you get on the plane you'll find cheaply made, narrow seats, with very little leg room. On top of that, the seats don't recline. Want a drink or a snack, even a small plastic cup of soda comes with a price. But to top it all off, one of our bags didn't arrive, and we're still working with Frontier to locate it and deliver it to us. I'll find an option other than Frontier when I fly again."

You charged me for carry on bags on the way home but not on the way there which made for a horrible surprise. I find charging for carry on bags appapalling. I paid hundreds of dollars for the flight and you can't even handle a carry on bag without charging me? I will never fly Frontier again and have already spread this around on Facebook."
