Cons: "A 1 hour wait for wheelchair assistance in Houston and then a 30 minute delay for wheelchair people to take my mom to baggage claim. Then the wheelchair attendant kept complaining she wouldn't receive a good tip to take us to the Lyft pickup area."

Cons: "Delta staff at airport were unprofessional. They had us spend over an hour traveling to a different TSA line because they closed the line we were in. The other line was a 10 minute drive away. Also our bags did not reach philadelphia when we landed at 3 am."

Cons: "The gate crew did not change seats for my family & I to sit together (spouse, baby & I, grand parents) The flight was late leaving as the troops returning home were late. That part was ok, but they could have changed their seats so my family and i could sit together. I’m pretty sure they wouldn’t have minded given they were all on their 4th flight if the day. It seemed that the gate crew was not budging. If my parents hadn’t had 2 seats together my daughter would have had to sit with a stranger. That’s not acceptable."

Pros: "Delta has a pretty good entertainment system. Lots of movies to watch and the system works well."
Cons: "Seats are very tight and uncomfortable. The food was horrible. Tasted like a $1 frozen meal that was microwaved til mushy. It was chicken but I couldn't tell you more. And flight attendant helpfully described it as 'chicken'. Breakfast was a cold roll, a piece of cheese and some awful yogurt. This was the most unbearable 8.5 hours of my life."

Cons: "I'm not sure what to say about Delta and their maintenance program. On a three part trip, Delta cancelled two of the flights giving maintenance as the reason. So it appears they are flying planes until they breakdown. Besides making me not trust the flight worthiness, the cancelations turned my 8 and a half hour trip into a 25 hour trip forcing me to spend the night in the MEX airport."

Cons: "The flight from Las Vegas was delayed for a very long time, and then diverted to Huntsville, Alabama, because of weather in Atlanta. I understand that was beyond Delta's control, except for the fact that its Atlanta hub is grossly overused. But my connecting flight in Atlanta was canceled, and its "dedicated" phone line to re-book the flight was completely unresponsive. The employees in Atlanta were, as they usually are, surly, and myself and fellow passengers had to wait on line for hours in the wee hours of the morning to be re-booked. Oh, and Delta lost my suitcase in Las Vegas, with all my clothes and a business file, and it has not been located."

Pros: "My seat was very near the front ...two rows behind comfort class seating (which was mostly empty). WiFi services and entertainment were offered...to those that brought along their own receiving devices."
Cons: "My seat happened to be one row in front of the Exit Aisle Seating rows....I wasn't aware that this meant having to sit straight up the entire time without the chance of reclining my chair back into the Exit Aisle's space.The 2 hour and 13 minute flight time sitting straight up really worked up my sciatic nerve into a flaring frenzy. I Forgot to bring my iPad Pro with me on this trip...and had no adequate access to any entertainment content."

Pros: "I felt the entire flight crew was there to make my trip more pleasant. The plane was new and had free video and usb outlets to charge my devices."

Cons: "Some flight attendants were in worse mood, they don't even smile. Communication was poor, and they did not even offer me a meal. I was ignored although I paid for the meal. This was very disappointing. Next time might consider, Lufthansa or any other airlines."

Cons: "The boarding agents lost control of the crowd form the get go. The first class cabin crew on our side of the plane was inattentive, though it appeared on the other half of the plane the crew was very attentive. This is one of the poorer first class seats in the industry. The "lie flat" seat is just that, a lie. It is pitched at an angle, though not as steep as some. Foot cubby is narrow and constrictive, bordering on claustrophobic."

Pros: "I always like Delta's flight service and efficiency. There entertainment onboard is good too."

Pros: "really close to a SkyClub - it seems like the connections to Panama City usually get stuck at the end of the concourse, so this was a pleasant change"
Cons: "Alaska seems to do a much better job in getting the people to stay out of the boarding area until their zone is boarding. At least they make it a point of emphasis."
