Especially when the person chosen to speak has a heavy accent and it’s competing with other announcements. My over 50 ears can’t make it out."

Cons: "When we booked our flight, we were not informed by KAYAK that we have to pay for our luggage! I t was very unpleasant surprise both ways."

Cons: "Paid for particular seat within 2-3 rows of back galley as unaccompanied minor for my son. For his comfort, he chose an aisle seat. Flight attendants onboard moved him to farthest back row in window seat and he was not able to get out to use the lavatory easily."

Cons: "Worst transatlantic flight in 40 years. Filthy old seats and mine had a wet ironed stain. The seat in front of me was broken and reclined into my lap. That made the screen for entertainment unusable. The reading lights didn’t work. The toilets were a mess and never serviced."

Pros: "The cabin crew was efficient and very cooperative. My seven hour flight in economy class could not have gone better. Kudos to Delta for a safe and comfortable ride."

Cons: "Seats reserved online no where in system. Everyone seemed to be in zone 3 or at least decided to stand in line."

Pros: "Great landing in a real mess of a storm. We were pitching and yawing due to high gusts of winds but the crew brought it down perfectly. The Captain explained the weather situation before we left Atlanta so I was prepared for a bad weather flight and landing."

Cons: "I sat next to a creepy intoxicated man during my flight and I was not helped out. When I first sat down he was speaking to me and trying to hit on me but I showed that I wasn’t interested. I didn’t even have to sit down to smell the alcohol on him. During the flight he tried to place his head on my shoulder and tried to get close to me. I was too worried to call for an attendant because he was intoxicated but when the attendants would come and offer us food I tried to make it clearly visible that I was anxious and uncomfortable and NOTHING. To make it worse they continued to serve him alcohol!!"

Pros: "Had to cross terminals and the pathway was closed due to an international flight landing (poor planning on LAX part) so had to exit and reenter terminal through TSA. Flight delayed an hour then cancelled due to control panel failure. 10pm flight became 12am bus (and originally told it was 11.15pm bus which was "stuck in traffic" when google map traffic was all green). Got back to SD 4 hours after scheduled time."

Pros: "Pilot almost barrel-rolled us climbing out of JFK, so if started well enough.... Ground assistance (wheel chair) left me with a badly bruised left big toe and I didn't think we'd ever get through the TSA. The pat-down I received was more like a sexual assault and I didn't even get a happy ending. We made it to RDU, so the exercise was a success, but it was a huge hassle."

Cons: "I felt singled out by the gate agents for this leg of the flight. The gate agent called me out twice - once just to check if my carry on fit into the sample size container. Then she did it again when we were boarding. I know she knew she'd already asked me before. Because afterwards, she tried to play it off, laughing and saying "I'd already asked you, didn't it". My carry on fit with ease. There were people with larger suitcases all around me but she continuously singled me out."
