Everything was fine
We flew with our special needs child without requesting any particular accommodations except for gluten free meals. The gate staff and flight crew identified him and allowed us special bordering that facilitated the process. That act of kindness is a rare experience on our part. Thank you Air France staff!
Onboard crew was friendly. Dinner was good
Cabin was very cold. Not enough legroom compared to orher international carriers. Male flight attendant kept bumping into my husband sitting in aisle seat so he unable to get any sleep. We tried upgrading to business but Delta said we had to contact Air France in Detroit. When thrre, the gentleman on ground crew was actually rude when I asked about it. He could have just politely told me there was nothing available. Not looking forward to my return flight
Boarding this large plane went relatively quickly and orderly.
Seats were tight and got a bit uncomfortable. This was a long flight. Could use a much better cushion.

How I was treated How I felt was wonderful.
Three hour delay, endless gate changes and basically no information shared as to what was causing all the problems. Don't think I'll use Air Canada again if they can be avoided.
The crew on The flight was efficient and friendly.
The flight was so crammed. I understand there's the possibility of flying on a fully booked flight but if it took an hour to load the passengers how quickly can you realistically get 400 passengers out? Plus it prevents everyone from having an overhead cubby. You need to reconfigure the flying experiwnce.
