Pros: "Missed my connecting flight due to the flight from lax was delayed for 50 minutes, because of no fuel"
Cons: "I missed it. And the lady at the counter was so disrespectful..."
Pros: "Movie selection, clean plane"
Cons: "Rude passengers that do not respect personal space even after notifying a flight attendant."
Cons: "Flight was delayed almost an hour. Being that it doesn't arrive in ABQ until almost midnight, a 52 minute delay means I don't get home until almost 2 in the morning. Seats also seem to be kind of narrow on the 737-800. I'm not a big guy, but I am still bumping shoulders through out the flight."
Cons: "Never heard the announcement for boarding resulting in me missing my flight. If it were just me I’d say all my fault but there were 12 people that did not hear the announcements."
Pros: "Seats were comfortable. Did not cramp anywhere entire flight. Great air vent control."
Cons: "Boarding was weird. Many Passengers in the last rows put their bags up by row 20 so that made boarding and disembarking slower and harder as we had to go forward extra rows to use the back empty bins and then fight against traffic to get back to our seats. Passing bags up when leaving or waiting to"
Cons: "I am quite sure there was a booking error and no one was willing to make any accommodation. Should have been charlotte to boston. I ate the cost. Tried to reschedule with cheapo air and voila wrong again. That cost me another $50.00"

Pros: "They made a long trip comfortable with an excellent attitude."
Cons: "Horable...never ever use AA"
Cons: "Six-hour flight. Seemed like a new plane, but no electrical or USB outlets. And considering there were no seat-back entertainment units, we had to use our phones, which ran out of power midway through the flight ... and again, no way to charge. Why not use this plane for short routes and use the better equipment for long flights between big hubs like this one was?"

At the check in counter, on my question if we can get two seats at the aisle the lady immediatly shouted to me I have to pay 93 $ per seat. In the end she gave us two diffrent seats in diffrent rowes and in the middle. In the plane ,enough seats were free so we got what we wanted in the end. Service on board was excellent. The onground service was so terrible and mean, that I will most certainly not fly AA if possible"

My original flight to dallas was delayed from 12:56 to 8pm which would of landed me in dallas at 2:21am but the club Fat Rabbit closes at 2am Which in fact was a 1300 (US dollar) loss. I re booked my ticket to Austin from Vancouver this morning because the only reason to go dallas was my job. Was supposed to fly in have dinner play music get back on the plane n go Austin but going to dallas was irrelevant and a 7 hour delay was absolutely ridiculous."
Cons: "The fact I lost 1300.00 us has pissed me off I'm contacting AA about this I have my visa papers n contracts to show proof if not action is taken i will be contacting a lawyer"
