Cons: "Our flight was late, and we had a sick passenger and had to wait until they leave however many of us had connecting flights in which we missed. The flight attendant should have allowed the one's connecting a flight leave first."

Cons: "An officious crew who said they had a 'seat belt detector' to tell if people's seatbelts were fastened. A late flight... with lies about the reason for the delay."

After an inconvenience-filled day, I thought this was pretty poor service and out of line"

Cons: "Baggage broke our baby stroller. Banged up, heavy deep scratches, and won’t lock properly nor will it release the brake phone portly where one wheel won’t unlock without much luck. Waiting to see how they correct this very expensive issue. And the vegan tapas option for food was not good at all. Ended up staying hungry for the duration of the flight. But my wife enjoyed her turkey sandwich."

Pros: "Got to London on-time (early, actually) and safely. The in flight meal was okay. The leg room in comfort plus was great, the mobile app was awesome, and the staff (check-in, gate, cabin and flight deck) were professional and friendly all around."
Cons: "The leg room was great, but as a broad-shouldered guy, the width of the seat was miserable. Unfortunately, the Delta 767 doesn't offer any upgrade for a wider seat beyond Delta One, and my employer won't spring for that. Too bad there isn't a premium economy option. Also, the entertainment unit in the seat next to mine malfunctioned, which you wouldn't think would impact me that much except that because it was "seeing" touches randomly throughout the flight, the screen would turn on, off, brighter, dimmer, play random stuff, and just generally be as annoying as possible to everyone nearby throughout an overnight flight."

Pros: "Loved that the pilot or first officer, not sure which, came on the intercom at one point and said they were expecting turbulence ahead so if anyone needed to use the bathroom, right then would be the time to go!! Useful information and much appreciated."

Pros: "I had paid for the Sky level as we were a party of long legged people. Out of the 4 flights we had taken, the best flight was the one from Hi to Atl. The seats, and leg space, was roomy. The food was good. The crew was just okay. They weren't particularly nice but rather abrupt. There were two mates that seems a bit confused. However, the plane was worth it."
