Cons: "Flight was delayed by 50+ mins. The exit row announcement was made twice asking customers to acknowledge verbally which was probably a communication faux pas."

Cons: "This was the first flight out. Flight was delayed and there was no gate agent that communicated why the flight was delayed. When we were finally able to board, it was NOT done by group number and thus I had to check my bag."

Cons: "I was surprised there was no beverage service at all. On my flight from Roanoke to Charlotte, same length flight, we were served water and pretzels. I would have liked a beverage."

Pros: "Plane was nice, seemed fairly new. There were two outlets for my row installed on the supports of the row of seats in front of us. Looked like it was made for plugs from a number of countries. Pretty nice feature. Headrests has an adjustable pillow that you could use to cradle your head for sleep. Didn’t use but seemed interesting."
Cons: "Seats too narrow. There weren’t especially narrow. In fact, I’m sure I’ve sat in narrower ones. This is just a feature of every economy seat I suppose, but it’s still a negative. O"

Pros: "My flight wasn't completely full, so I had a row to myself. The pilot was excellent; takeoff and landing were very smooth."
Cons: "I had to gate check my luggage because of the small plane size. Had I had a shorter layover this could have caused an issue for me."

Pros: "Knowing in advance not to expect a great flight helped. Paying in advance for aisle seat closer to front. First movie that played over large sceeen was of interest. I especially liked that it was a direct flight to my final destination."
Cons: "Food was terrible for someone lactose intolerant. Flight attendent accidentally splashed used coffee on me but didn't seem overly concerned that my pants got stained. Shared screen entertainment."

Pros: "Nothing... did not end up taking the flight as when we got to the airport to check in they told us that they overbooked and we had to take a flight the next morning. They did offer to put us up in a hotel and pay for the taxi to and from but we were not pleased. We needed to get to our destination that night so we had to buy tickets on another airline."

Pros: "This was the same crew and pilot from the flight I took to LAX. His landing was so smooth, I woke up pleasantly upon landing!"

Pros: "This leg from PHX to TUC, the AA staff did GREAT. They held the last flight for about 10 of us (the last one of the night). Were pleasant and professional."

Pros: "Everything was great their wasn't enough clarification as to what airline I was fliying. It said Japan air on my confirmation email but it would up being through American Airlines. The experience through American was superb but I would of liked clarity on such airline I was going to fly with."

Cons: "I purchased the earliest flight of the day from Vegas to Los Angeles so I could be in LA by 11am so I could attend the 1pm Dodger game at dodger stadium... ( I specifically flew into lax for the game that I spent $100 on tickets for) well I arrived to LAS at 5am by 515am I received my first notification that my flight wouldn't be leaving until 1030am.... I was a little annoyed but hey I'm still going to make it to my game, ( I just needed to let my ride know who's lives 3 hours away from LA that my flight was going to be 3 hours late not to rush) well about an hour later I got another notification that my flight was now being pushed back to 230pm.... at this point I have no choice but to look for another flight.... I found another flight on Southwest leaving Las at 1210pm arriving in lax at 120pm... perfect I can still make my game... That flight was boarding on time... ran into some hiccups on the runway... arrive to lax at 130pm... not a problem can still make my game... sat on the runway at lax until 335.... needless to say I missed the game... while in the air I received another text that my American airline flights was now pushed back to 530pm... mind you my day started at 5am on Las Vegas to catch a flight out at 720am.... Now had I not found that other flight I would have been sitting around Vegas airport for over 12 hours.... I was not a happy flier today, specially because the actual flight is normally no more than 45 minutes start to finish... I could have rented a car and drove... would have been cheaper and I would have made it to my game ...."

Cons: "Just a suggestion, if you get new planes it is very comfortable when the seats have a bending headrest. It really helps to hold the head, especially nice for red eye flights."

Cons: "in the gate the crew didnt let me took my only hand bag i have with my personel things including my medcian and cupe machine for brithing they say that my bag is big but itwas in the standert that i was allowed to take up to airplane i think the reason was i was the lat passenger to go in the air aplein and no space t o put the hand bag"

Pros: "Nothing special. Horrible food (the worst in years). Cabin crew try to manage but a refurbished plane doesn't justify more than double for a substandard bussines class."

Cons: "Sitting on the runway for 3 hours and nothing to drink and no one told you for 2 hours what was going on. Then to get to São Paulo stood in line because I was at NYC airport for 14 hours. So I missed the other flights. And the help I got was worthless."

Cons: "Issues with the booking company Justfly.com and we had several changes in our flight. When we got to the airport one of us was not even in the passenger's list. In the next connecting flight, my reservation was cancelled!! Worst booking company ever. Never work with them. Cheers"
