Cons: "Need more space"

Pros: "Crew was absolutely delightful! I love that hand sanitizer wipes. Great flights out."
Cons: "I wasn't offered any type of sanitation wipes like I was on my way departure. The airport in Mississippi disnt offer any type of sanitation such as hand sanitizer or a reputable substitute. Sure their were bathrooms, but that's very inconvenient to have to use every time you touch something."

Pros: "The flight was probably one of the worst I've ever taken. The seats and aisles are so narrow. You had to walk side ways to get down the aisles. Very uncomfortable flight. It was so bad I had to upgrade to first class on the return flight because I just couldn't bear it again. I was not happy ."

He was very professional and kind, with a very well appearance and a fantastic attitude. He was quick with delivering my snack and coffee. Very pleased!!!! First flight attendant to ever make the trip as exceptional as possible. Thank you Yaniel very much."
Cons: "Unbelievable wait times at LGA. Late arrival of plane, extremely late departure at over an hour passed original departure time. Waste of money choosing that ticket and time frame when it was clearly not a concern of American Airlines that I was missing my rides, late getting to CMH etc."

Cons: "The flight was cancelled. Transferred to Delta Air Lines and had no problem.. American Airlines kept us in the JAN airport way too long without helping us. fortunately Delta had a flight."

Cons: "I didnt like that we were an hour and a half delayed and we werent informed why. Then as I am trying to update my pickup person one of the crew members was really rude and I tried to explain and it didnt help. She was rude infront of all the passengers. Not planning to fly in AA anymore."

Pros: "Absolutely no part of the flight was comfortable or enjoyable."
Cons: "The plane itself was clearly an older model, lacking many amenities I’ve come to expect flying coach. The overhead compartments were too small for larger carryon luggage, and no one on the crew alerted passengers to this. Thus, many passengers had to go against the traffic of those still boarding to find space for luggage. My seat was at the back of the plane so I had to spend close to 15 extra minutes walking back to the front against boarding passengers to find a place to put my luggage. A simple warning from the crew when I boarded would have prevented mine and many others unnecessary trouble simply boarding. During a very turbulent flight, the captain nor the crew made any announcements about turbulence, our safety, or our progress. Also during the flight, one of the flight attendants got into an awkward verbal spat with one of the passengers. Completely unprofessional and bothersome. Additionally, I had fallen asleep when dinner was being first served, but woke up before it was finished. A flight attendant approached me and asked if I’d like a dinner to which I replied “Yes”. The flight attendant never returned with a dinner for me, thus I did not eat the dinner, which I had paid for. Lastly, and perhaps most disturbing, was what transpired when a passenger had a medical emergency. With no warning, all of the airplane lights turned on and a loud “CODE RED” was announced over the sound system. Imagine being a sleeping passenger like myself, during a very turbulent flight, to be suddenly awoken to bright lights and a CODE RED shouted loudly over the PA. I’m not overexaggerating when I say that I was preparing for the worst. A truly terrifying moment that I am certain was shared with many others on board. To make matters even worse, as a flight attendant rushed to find a first aid kit (which she had trouble finding) she opened up the compartment over my partners seat and dropped a passengers ipad on her head. The flight attendant did return to apologize, but it was little consolation compared to the stress and panic the crew created. I have flown many times, and this was easily the worst flight of my life. American Airlines should be ashamed of the conditions they put their passengers in and they have lost two customers for good."

Pros: "Getting to my seat was overall the best experience. Out side of the finally walking onto the plane and sitting down, over an hour late, it was less than mediocre."

Cons: "The service lacked any sort of empathy. The crew on this flight especially the African American lady, I think are in the wrong profession. Didn't care at all. Seemed miserable."

Cons: "This was supposed to be an Iberia flight, but with code share nothing is as it seems. (Had to cancel previous flight on Scandinavian air as that turned into some Turkish Charter). These old birds were 30 years old, out of Arizona desert storage...former TWA, so no entertainment or power or anything. And, AA re-confirmation showed flight and ticket canceled! Said Iberia flight, Iberia said AA flight...yikes! Serious glitches and lost data...locator number erased! You see why I tried to take a foreign carrier."
