All of it was good.
I liked the check-in and waiting area at the airport.
I did not like that we had to walk so much to the new gate assignment.
The crew was great.
The seats are very hard making a 3+ hour flight pretty uncomfortable.

The time and effort the Kona ground crew spent looking for and finding my drivers license that I had lost on the plane, without it I could not have rented a vehicle in Kona. Exceeded my wife and I's expectations. Very enjoyable experience.
We arrived at the Kona airport more than an hour before departure and the Alaska agent seemed irritated that we didn't arrive earlier. Admittedly most of the flight's passengers had already been checked in and were already in the boarding area.
Excellent flight. Great crew!! Excellent flight attendants. I was happy with Alaska Airlines.
It was my first time flying with Alaska. I was pleasantly surprised with the boarding times, organization, super-friendly crew, free entertainment (a few select movies with complimentary tablets to view them on), and outlets for charging mobile devices in every seat. Easily the best flight I've had in a couple years. I will fly with Aaska again.
I felt like the aisle was unusually small ( I was sitting in an aisle seat and was occasionally bumped by people walking by me. Then again, I was in a deep sleep most of the time and could have easily been leaning into the aisle....I'm not really sure. Overall though, best flight I've had in a while. They really do a great job.
Alaska tried to keep us informed after technical issues forced a three-hour delay in the flight. This included communication, snacks, and compensation. Given the circumstances, the ground crew performed well. The cabin crew did a great job.
The technical issues, which caused a number of follow-on issues (over-fueling the plane), was preventable. But ultimately, they solved the problem and got us safely to Spokane.
They charged for food and entertainment. Next they will charge for bathrooms and water.
All 4 flights delayed by more than a half hour last leg 1.5 hours united sucks!
For transatlantic flight, the quality and quantity of food could have been a bit more generous.
