The food was not that good. I liked the miso, green tea, and ice cream. I wasn’t able to put my carry on bag under the seat in front of me. The flight was smooth. Please expand your choices of movies especially the new ones. I can’t choose any of those films. They’re old.

I like the braised beef., miso soup,, and green tea. Very little choices of hollywood movies. The PA announcement in English was not very clear and very soft. I could hardly hear.

More updated movies & Chinese movies. The food sometimes overcooked. Prefer to have more neat snacks in between than just choose from the menu. Please change the menu every now and then. This is my second time flying within one year and the menu didn’t change at all!

Food is lagging. Very poor choice. Like vending machine fast food.

Please change the menu more often. The beef is not tender, more choice in ice cream flavor. Dessert is not good too.

Again I paid for an upgrade on my credit card didn’t get it need a refund. . American I not good at gettin in contact for refunds.

l enjoyed the variety of good and drink choices. The flight attendants were very quick and efficient to our needs.

-Bathrooms were regularly checked/maintained. -Food was okay, but the miso soup was good. -Top of my foot got bitten by a bug when I took off my shoes and was only wearing my socks. It was swollen and very itchy for several days.

Truly impressive service in the air. After the main meal, they have a delicious a la carte menu that you can order anytime until 1.5 hrs prior to landing. Flight crew were so pleasant and very efficient. Wish I could fly JAL more often!

Attentive crew, great service with regular rounds of drinks and trash collecting. Only complaint is the food, which was mediocre.

This flight was delayed approximately 4 hours due to bad weather in HNL.

It was great with the exception of a rude desk member on the way back. And a terrible sandwich on the way back.

One of the best flights Ive had in a long time

Flight delayed then cancelled then gate changed two times then baggage lost.

My flight was canceled minutes before boarding started. It took three hours to get rebooked and it was on another airline overnight with another stop added. All I got was two $15 food coupons.

The plane is extremely loud and there’s no place to charge devices.

My seat assignment was disappear even I had chosen my seat next to my husband at making reservation. And also the touch panel on my screen was broken so I could have limited entertainment during the long flight.

My tray was broken and instead of being moved I was provided blue tape.

Terrible. Unfriendly, couldn’t care less crew. Left lights on entire time for 10 hour flight Departed at 5pm local time. Captain made one announcement entire time. No information given and clearly not interested in letting anyone sleep with lights up. Food served was poor. Entertainment was poor. No WiFi choices on screen backs was dated and cheap. Seats and amenities were dated and barren. Hawaiian used to get by on their service/aloha, but that’s been out the window. Even for local interisland I fly only southwest as they are far superior. Very disappoint in Hawaiian and this flight.

One hour delay. No Wi-Fi. Old aircraft. Nasty food
