Cons: "more room Im 5'5 and I felt like I was 6ft tall that how tiny the sits are...."

Pros: "Plane was good except the seat which was hard and not reclining enough and headset was “hard to hear”. Services were good but food (meals) were awful."

Cons: "They delayed the flight 4 hrs knowing there was issues with the plan and lingered us on what's going on. The staff prepared to leave and come back while we wait thinking we was going to be on time smh, no real snack and no t.v. unless you pay to watch it"

Cons: "Computers were down in Akron Ohio. Flight was delayed an hour. Chicago was delayed 2 hours. There was an earlier flight i should have been booked on."

Cons: "I really didn't like the way the company managed the entertainment deal. A 4 hour flite sould have free entertainment. The crew was tired. In the past i liked using united, but now I hope not using this company again."

Cons: "The united employee starting with the man in the ticket area by the gate. He was VERY rude and unprofessional. He was talking to me like was a dumb person. He was explaining to me that I could only take one bag on the plane and it was how he explained it to me that I did not like. United needs to work on getting rid of people like him, they are agitators."

Cons: "The aircraft used on this flight is ancient. Did not have a working entertainment system (neither did the three seats next to me). Audio port didn't work so you couldn't listen to music either. Forget about USB/electrical outlets. Food was horrible. Aircraft seats were uncomfortable. Garbage left on the seats from.the previous flight. Overall experience was very similar to flying in Ryan Air in the UK. Absolutely horrendous."

Cons: "The first leg of my flight, the Madison to Chicago portion, the flight attendant was rude and most unhelpful. We were flying a smaller play and my carry on would not fit in the small overhead compartments. When I informed him of this, and let him know I was getting off the plane to have my bag stowed he was very rude. When I returned back to my seat he made a snide comment to me ask well. The other 3 flights were great, flight attendants were great and no concerns or complaints."

Cons: "I confirmed my flight. I had a 3 hour delay in CHI. Having a 90 minute drive and an hour flight. I decided to skip my first flight and just head to the connecter in CHI. My whole flight was canceled as a result. The front desk guy was smug and extremly rude. The Tech support and this representative offered 2 different "Facts" on what could be done. As a result I was forced to pay for a hotel and miss a day of work. All because I wanted to spend extra time with my family. I have nothing possitive to say about your product and as a business owner Im embarrassed for you."

The other thing I'd change would be having the two people helping with boarding speak more clearly on the intercom. I seriously couldn't understand much of what they were saying. Also, there's not much select for pop in your store."

I missed a business meeting with the city and now have to spend more money on a hotel room and rental car as I have to extend my stay as the city is not open for a meeting until Monday. This is absolutely ridiculous"
